We went for a walk around the clock handling we had few options one of them was this one we gave credit for the photos and reviews but when we arrived.it was worse we paid for 70 single rooms the shower didn't help if we heard all the noise of the side and the building plus that they said that if they had a car in the same hotel and then it was actually an external car at 3 blocks nothing recommended the attention was pesky when it came to the indication after booking.

Very economical establishment in dreadful Ica. Very noisy (as the whole city is). Staff were helpful but the area where it's located is no good.

Basic room at a reasonable price

Big and clean rooms. The restroom smelled a little. The hot water wasn't hot and we got shocked every time we would touch the knob to turn the water on. The staff were really nice . I did not order breakfast or any meal from the hotel because for the price you can get a bigger and better meal outside.

The hotel looks better in pictures 

My wife and I took the opportunity to take a business trip to make it a spectacular weekend, especially because the hotel is very basic, but it can be improved in many ways.

The journey to Relámpago

Our room (matrimonial) was spacey and clean- we even had some furniture (wardrobe, little table.) We paid 60 Soles per night.
The hotel service was really good, the rooms were cleaned daily (new towels, soap.) 

The WiFi signal was strong; the speed ok.

Hot water was not always available. 

The location of the hotel is not the best, about a 25 min walk to the center. Some locals also recommended not walking around the area at night, because it could become dangerous for tourists. 
Throughout the day and especially in the early morning it was really loud, as the hotel is located next to a bigger street. 

Clean; far from center

It is a very clean recently built facility with facilities such as excursions, laundry, fine breakfast and others. The staff is very friendly, hospitable and available. My boyfriend and I found ourselves very well and, although in Ica you can find high-end facilities, if we should return to that area, hotel y restaurante Roma would definitely be our choice.

Welcoming and hospitable

Central location, spacious rooms, good treatment, safe, cleanliness. Away from the noise, if you can rest, and any client's order, they get it but not have it in the hotel. So it's worth staying.

 Excellent attention.

We had a horrible customer service experience here. We had an incident where our first hotel was a mess. Then the taxi recommended this hotel. As we were talking to the guy at the front desk trying to explain our situation, he responded back with, "that is not my problem." Completely wanted to OVER charge us. Come to find out he was THE OWNER! Horrible, horrible, horrible. He started to get aggressive and was in our faces trying to start a very physical altercation. Trying to stop because kids were present he started pushing people. We needed help and we were guests of his. He owns a hotel and is unable to provide his services. We are a party of 15 people, which meant a good amount of business for his hotel. Just a warning to others that the owner who wears glasses and has a hevay Italian accent is a horrible owner for treating us and acting completely unprofessional.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I was greeted politely with a cappuccino coffee and a bottle of water.The hotel is located in a corner, far enough from the center of Ica but in a straight line towards its weapons plaza (although an oval must be passed on the short route).The wedding room 101 (first floor) that I occupied had a frosty water but the hot water was damaged.The bathroom turned out to be very small and narrow between the lavamanos oval and the toilet bowl.The bed is very soft.The room is comfortable and with a dressing room, but with a very small one.Unfortunately it has no air conditioning or ventilator.For the price of eighty new soles (almost 27 dollars) to have more familiar amenities.No proof of the restaurant.The kitchen does not belong to the hotel, but it is located near the hotel, which is almost a car park, but the hotel is very close to the hotel.
