The hotel defibately has some areas of improvement, but the hotel staff is so welcoming it offsets some of the problems. We stayed in a triple on the 4th floor to start. The wifi was non-existent up there and the bathroom was so small I had to duck the whole time I showered (I'm only 6'). Our second stay was a double on the 3rd floor and the wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast is mostly breads and one hot dish. The minimal breakfast is fine, but there were too many times where empty dishes or coffee sat for 10 minutes or more. Kinda frustrating when you're trying to get out the door to go on tours. Like I said the staff is super friendly even though most don't speak English. They also held our bags during our 5 day trek and when we arrived after they had already placed them in our room for us. Great service!
