I stayed here my first night in Granada as it was close to a friend i was visiting and it was a very pleasant stay. The room is new and modern (hotel is recently built) with excellent AC and cable channels on wall mounted flat screen tv. The bed was very comfortable which i appreciated highly after a 9 hour bus ride! The bathroom was modern and everything was very clean throughout. The included breakfast was tasty and a decent portion in their dining room. Also the WiFi worked very well which is always a plus. Its located in a quiet neighborhood about 8 blocks from the central park so it is easy to walk or you can take a taxi for under a dollar. It is located only 1 block away from Ciudad Lounge which i have visited on several occasions now to enjoy their fine dining and ample cigar, rum and wine selection so that was a nice plus. There is also a big supermarket a couple of blocks away. I would recommend it to anyone as it is a good value and a very nice place to stay.
