Rooms are basic, but servicable. Pool is clean and lovely. Staff is pleasant and helpful. You might want to brush up on your Spanish, as the staff doesn't speak English. Breakfast was classic eggs, gallo pinto, toast and coffee.

Public areas are very nice.

Located right on the Calle la Callzada with its restaurants, bars and people watching opportunities, this place has great potential that is being squandered by a staff that is at best disinterested and at worst, surly.  The room had two beds, a small tv, and a/c and was fine, the pool was great when not full of the staff's screaming kids for the afternoon, breakfast was included and was awful and you had to track someone down to ask for it.  The advertised bar and snack bar were never open during our two day stay.  With all of the similarly priced options available in Granada, I would stay some place else.

Good location, bad staff

I’m okay with a lot, but this was terrible. We came on thursday and was checked in to an uncleaned room, then changed to a less dirty room. Besides from spiders and spider webs in every corner, a cockroach in the non-working shower and an AC that didn’t work properly, we are exhausted from not getting any sleep. On friday and saturday night, the bar/club next door plays loud music for SIX HOURS STRAIGHT, 8 pm - 2 am while people shout and whistle. It feels like someone’s having a party right outside your room while you have your window open. No one mentioned this to us when we arrived, but on check out they acknowledged that «this is a problem» but it didn’t seem like they really care.

Be aware guys

Really nice place, but do not go here on the weekend if you want to do anything but party. The outside club next door will keep you awake until 1am with loud music and people cheering, and the rooster on the other side starts announcing the day at 4am every morning.
