The place is great close to everything by a walking distance 5 minutes walk to the historic QASBA ODAYA from there you can walk about 20 minutes to TOUR HASSAN basically walking is the best way because on your walk you go through nice souks and food places everywhere you will need feel bored at all
Now about the place Dar Yanis i absolutly loved everything about ,room,food,the lovely terrace but what i loved the most about it was acertain mr ADIL the guy go out of his way to help always there to help.
He was top top guy.
Thank you ADIL for making my short stay pleasant i will definetly comeback one dday even if just to say hello.

I was very impressed by the hotel hosts. They were always so kind and welcoming! Our experience in Morocco wasn't the greatest, with my mum having her mobile phone stolen. Still, the hotel hosts were very kind and considerate and made our experience a lot better and supported us through this difficult time! Thank you for a wonderful stay in your hotel! 

Dar Yanis is very well located in the Medina of Rabat. The Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a lovely upstairs terrace to chill out in and watch the sun sets. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the Souk, a bar " Trianon" and "Gare Rabat Ville" Train Station. There are many Tourist attractions ie "Kasbah des Oudaias" within walking distance of the Riad. Highly Recommended.

The riad itself is not big, but it is in a good location, near the main streets but in a quiet part of it. The staff are really friendly and we had the most amazing dinner in this riad, it was home made by one of the owner! Amazing experience. The staff were really nice and friendly really highly recommended!

Was only here for 2 nights but so impressed with the services and food. Really great way to start a trip. The employees were super friendly and helping us, even letting us use there laptop. Great rooms just great...

This is a such a magical Place to spend a few days,we were in Rabat in the Dar Yanis for three wonderful nights it's a really nice Place with friendly staff right in Heart of the Old city,check It out ! Rabat Magical

After staying in  modern hotel for 2 days, I decided to stay in a riad located inside the Old Medina. This was my choice.

Located in a small side street inside the Medina, it is quiet and peaceful around thos riad. Near it are a mosque, restaurants, shops, clothing stores, etc.  The Rabat Ville Train Station is about 10-15 minute walk away. Other attractions of Rabat such as the  Kasbah, Museums, Rabat Old Town, etc.  are also near by.

The staff here are kind and helpful, especially Aldi, the Manager and Naima. They carried my luggage to my room during check-in and check-out times as the stairs are narrow and curvy.

Payment Mode: They prefer cash, preferably Moroccan dirhams, not US $ or Euros. Note that there is a 3% charge for credit card payments. 

Breakfast is free, started serving it at 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The riad is well located, a close walk from some major points of Rabat. The staff is really friendly, always there to help with an smile. The breakfast is good and the room is comfortable and very clean. 

Located in the quiet alley, this small house has beautiful tradition design, Host is laid back and friendly, He tried the best to help us, room is basic but comfortable. Rabat is a charming city, it is local and not touristy, it is my favorite city in Morocco.

Very nice place. Clean. Supportive staff. Cozy for visitors. Close to the local life. Natural feeling. Good internet. Basic but nice breakfast. Artistic place and room. Nice bathroom. Nearby medina market.
