I wouldn't mind the rustic, even if it's not pretty, but if it bothers me a lot the lack of hygiene.It was horrible.I had to go to another hotel and miss a paid night.Surely there must be worse ones.But it was one of the worst experiences in accommodation.

Never again!!!

We stayed here for three nights; the structure is just two steps away from the blue door, in a privileged position, convenient both for dinner in the evening without any problems, and to start exploring the Medina. The walk in addition to this small structure is certainly the owner, Mouchine, who will be able to make you feel all the love it nourishes for his city. Besides offering us long and pleasant chats, he managed to organize our stay best, even with excursions outside fes (fessouen).

Five stars for availability

They had not booked a hostel before arriving in Marrakech and found it quite by chance. Simple and quick provision of the room, very central location, but the best thing about the hostel was the very kind and kind staff!

♪ The hostel is gay ♪

Booked for three, in a women's dormitory, for 8€ (14 with taxes). Having responded positively to our request for a taxi from the airport, we were first pleasantly surprised that he asked us for 500 dirhams for this one. Finally to reduce it to 100, we are told that there is no women's dormitory, this is a booking error (but easy to correct) and so he offers us a two-bedroom, one of us to sleep in another room. Then I am asked how much he wants to pay. Before asking 200 dirhams. So we did not stay longer.

Feeling cheated from the very beginning

The accommodation was affordable, inside the Medina, but we were very impressed by Mouhcine's kindness and kindness at the reception which really impressed us, helping us solve a problem with another unseemly facility.Always available.

When we arrived, they said they had no free rooms but asked us to wait “a bit”. We talked to other guests who were waiting for a room too. They hadnt a room either. We wasted the whole afternoon waiting for the worker to fix the situation. He promised us that he had a solution, that he would host us in the Letchina Riad, but it wasn’t true. The room he offered us had no windows and looked like prison (nothing like the pictures they advertise, see below). The room wasn’t even ready, people had clearly been there. We ended up leaving after being waiting for hours for nothing. We booked somewhere else and so did the others. The worker also told me before we left that he would call me when he had a room in a Riad, but guess what, that call never happened.+ the terrace where we waited was very nice though. The tea was good.

Fraud

When we booked the room through Booking, the room was finally not available because it was rented twice... We were made to wait, with tea on offer, for about an hour, while the manager and his employee were fighting to find out whose fault it was... To make up for it, we were offered a room on the terrace, with the most nauseating smell. In short, a very bad experience that we didn't want anyone to have. Even the low price doesn't justify such benefits. Fortunately, the housekeeper and the employee try to compensate for the weakness of the benefits and equipment.

We strongly discourage

We booked 3 double rooms through booking. When we arrived at the accommodation, at 12 o'clock, they were still occupied so we were shown only one of them. We went around to make time and ask elsewhere. For the same price (25-30€ the double room) there are quite a few options and with better conditions. When we returned, at 2 o'clock, and saw the rest of the rooms, we asked to talk to the manager because they did not match what we had booked: The windows did not close, the walls fell to pieces and the bathrooms were disgusting. And the conversation began... The manager would recommend us until 4 o'clock. We returned to that hour and obviously there was no time, they said that until 6 o'clock, which was finally the 19 o'clock... One day we would lose the whole thing there.

Fatal.

This is such a big disappointment.......Hotel that doesn't deserve to be on any online booking site......Fearful owner who doesn't want to know anything about the bad conditions of his establishment....fares never identical, doesn't accept the CB, no breakfast and yet it's either saying included in the FUYEZ fare to 200DH at night c is the Flight.

Running away

It's a centrally located hotel and easy to find... something you'll appreciate... we'll have a private bathroom as well as a shared one... breakfast included and good... friendly staff... simple but with terrace upstairs so you can smoke.
