She doesn't take a day off during high season and will happily help you with anything - which for us was booking train tickets (we could not do this from outside Mongolia). We could also not contact the lodge we had booked and she managed to finally get in touch with them and help us sort out transport to/from UB. I would absolutely use Bobby's help in the future for any Mongolia travel bookings! The guesthouse is in a great location near many museums, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores (to stock up before your trip outside of the city). Note: this is a hybrid hostel / guesthouse with shared bathrooms. It was nearly full when we were there and we often had to wait for a shower or toilet so be patient.
