I was a few days ago in this hotel in Tulum, attracted by the low price compared to other hotels in the area, and by the pictures of the huge rooms. And it's true...the rooms are huge and the prices are low but for the rest of the day nothing went well... I had booked the room four times and when I arrived (after waiting almost an hour to show up) my room was not available....for a mistake of the ovary, the room was given to each other, and to me it was a small date with the room that was adapted to me after the next day and the room was changed and the room was still there... so I had to come down to the hotel, and I had to make sure that everyone would come down to the hotel and I would not have to pay for it, but I had to make sure that I had a good time to come down to the hotel and I would have a nice room, and I would have a nice room, and I would have a nice room, and I would have a nice room, and I would have a nice room, and I would have a nice room, and I would have a nice room, and I would have a nice room

For those who have little money to spend...

I've stayed in some pretty rough places and I'm not very picky but I was pretty disappointed with this place. We were in tulum on a pretty busy week and all of the hotels with in our price range were booked. So glad we only had to endure one night here. 

PROS
-giant room, seriously so huge which was nice
-employees were kind and helpful

CONS
-location:It's a little bit out of the way. If you have a car it's not a big deal. 
- water pressure: the shower dribbles water 
-bugs: I know we are in Mexico and I expect insects every now and again but this place was infested. Cockroaches, centipedes, ants, spiders, you name it. Spider webs everywhere. Woke up itchy with tons of bites.
-mattress: you could feel every spring in the mattress and every time you moved they would make the loudest noises

I wouldn't mind staying here for 20$ but we payed 50$ and it just seemed extremely over priced. Only stay here if it's your last resort 

Last resort 

So the room itself was nice - clean, fast wifi, air con worked (TV didn't but we never complained about it so don't know if it could have ended up working), as was the member of staff who checked us in. However, with no car and too stingy to pay for taxis, it was a little far out of town for walking. Doable but a good 30 minutes in the heat.

Very far away from everything, at night it seem dangerous because it located at the side of a road and if you want to go to the center it hard to get a cab and it is very dark around! The rooms are clean and spacious!

For a little over €7 a night in a three-bedroom, the room is huge, the reception is very friendly and the cleanliness is impeccable.

Excellent quality to price ratio

We stayed in this hotel for one night. This hotel is far from center and next to the road to Coba with no light. Our room was huge, but there were no hot water, no window, just small window to the office next to us, So there was light all the night. There was also no wifi in the room even they say that there is. You can find better deal in Tulum.

We stayed two nights during our road trip and payed 1800 pesos for a room with two double beds.
+clean and big rooms

+easy to access

-at 6 in the morning the roosters around get active and wake you up
-at 8 the dogs around start barking and just compete with the roosters to keep you awake
-also at 8 the car repair shop next door starts working
-super noisy in general and I had two horrible nights!

Nice room, horrible location 

Pagoda 750 the night was actually the most expensive night of the stay in our week of tours, the hotel is far from downtown camouflage but nearby by car, not bad but not worth that price, when I told you of topes it was the night we walked around downtown, eye there hotels with parking inside the pool and in the center of the city at 550 ahi was where I stayed because I thought that per set tulum would be the decentest but eye there are more options. At night it is tetric and terrifying and if you like the footage of terror.

La Regue but this isn't bad for the hotel.

Hotel a little outside the centre, 10 minutes walk, close to a large shopping centre. The rooms are spacious and very clean, hot water, good wifi connections, toiletries, air conditioning and fan, common room with freezer available, good breakfast and taxi station next door. The staff is very friendly, you can even wash your laundry and lay it out in the courtyard.
