Check in was available until 1 pm.Hard to open the door.Hard to find the light.The toilet did not flush out the water.The water did not come hot.

No hot water, no working toilet.

The hotel is about 5 minutes (by car) from downtown Tlaxcala.The room was very spacious and everything was clean, but rustic.Lack of maintenance to repair the windows.For a weekend and only getting to rest is fine.If you are sensitive to noise, ask for an interior room because in front there is a bar that plays music until late in the evening.The staff was very friendly.

A simple hotel for a weekend.

I think the place has the potential to be a much better place without having to increase its cost per room. The room, quite spacious but the bathroom is very dirty and the curtains of the room are terrible. We have a room with a large window right in front of a lighthouse and the curtain was transparent. We had to put a covering in the curtain so that not so much light passes and I can sleep. The WiFi never works because (supposedly) the signal does not reach the third floor of the building. The mattress is very hard for me to enjoy.

It's a hotel with a relatively good location. It's not for walking to the center, but by car it's a very short time. 5 minutes. For fares, it's a good option. I was given a large room. It suffers a little from the noise of the street, but nothing unbearable. Colchón king size although somewhat tough. The attention is not bad, but it's far from quality. Generally I recommend it if you can't find options right in the central square or if the budget is low.

The staff is extremely rude, since we sounded the bell she seemed upset because we woke her up from her nap, then she made sure she didn't have my reservation and they didn't even try to find a solution, literally the employee didn't care and went to do other things.

This hotel had a few prices at the time of asking and when booking it was different. The rooms have no ventilation, no windows, the lighting is bad. We wanted to give a bathroom towel per room (when we were three people) The bathroom drawer dripped all the time and it took more than 10 minutes for the hot water to come out, it is a lot of water expenditure. It has no drawers, no closet to store clothes. For the price that they pay, the service is terrible, I don't recommend it at all. To finish inside the hotel there is no phone signal and there is no WI-FI.
