Good comfortable bed and lovely large apartment. The staff expecially Neelam was very professional and friendly. Close to bus stop no noise and very clean. Well done to the cleaning staff and hotel manager. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you soon.

Nice Hotel/ Apartment

The location of the apartment was close to the harbour front but unfortunately located on a quite busy street one side the pavement was damaged and the other side they had built on the pathway. The apartment was next to a shop that had everything you need for groceries.

The apartment upon arrival was dirty the towels given were not clean and the layout of the apartment was not good. The kitchenette and the living room were separated from the bathrooms and bedrooms by an extremely long hall way. The kitchen utensils were dirty the plates and cups were dirty. The microwave did not work but was replaced by one of the cleaners. The next day the operations manager visited us as the first night we complained at the reception but the staff at the reception said they couldn't help. The operations manager organised 2 cleaners to go through the apartment it was then we discovered the toaster in the apartment had a different plug than the sockets in the apartment. We were then told the usual cleaner was on holiday and would return the next day. The operations manager gave us a voucher for a free breakfast in the bay view hotel which also has the swimming pool that was advertised with the apartment. But after thinking and reviewing the whole event some compensation/ discount was asked for but the management refused to offer more than the free breakfast which was not surprisingly substandard . We spoke to other managers after the breakfast to come across the same attitude and did not really care.

On summary the apartments could be a reasonable place to stay but it seems the hotel chain don't mind the complaints. If they had some managers who were trained and more successful in the hospitality sector the faults would be addressed. The kitchen facilities were very strange as the apartment has 5 beds but there were only 3 glasses 3 cups 4 plates 3 bowls and only a few knives folks and spoons. The hospitality training of the management is obviously lacking in this ST chain of hotels and apartments. As for the advertising of a swimming pool at the location but actually at another Hotel shameless

Could of been a great stay if it wasn't for the poor condition of the apartment

Was expecting to stay in another block to where we checked in but were directed to a studio within the 'main' building Everyone was helpful and efficient. The apartment was clean and the room was made up every day. Plenty of hot water. Not a particularly scenic area to stay but only 5 mins from the sea front. I'm sure the roof terrace and pool are used extensively in the Summer. Very very happy with what we got for the price we paid

Pictures when booking where of there other hotels.   Our room was damp and had black mould on the ceiling.   Felt like you where sleeping in a damp smelly bathroom.   Hot water didn’t work!  Reception didn’t help atall.bare in mind we had a 3 month child with us    We managed to work it in the end but had to wait good 40min before boiler heated up again!     Don’t waste your money here  spend a little more and you can get 10X better

Apartaments are close to Bay, about 8 mins. Clean rooms with kitchenette. Nice and smiling hotel Staff. Bikki was very helpful. He adviced me where to go befor check-in. He printed me return flight ticket. In future I plan to Come back to this hotel. I am very pleased with my stay at hotel.

The Staff, both day and night staff, were all very, polite, friendly, professional and helpful. I kindly thank them all.  I thank Patricia who is an outstanding Operations Manager also and Nena, the building supervisor and to Maria who mainly looked after my room with the help of others. The other staff member I had most to do with on a daily basis over my eight weeks here was Neelu who was outstanding in her responses to all the guests and their queries. It was always good to see a welcoming face in the morning and the same when I arrived back later in the day; as well as someone who would gladly listen to the day's highlights.  Thank you Neelu and your dedication to your work.  Thank you night staff.

My 84 year old mother-in-law and her 88 year old companion have just returned from Malta and were unlucky enough to have been duped into booking this disgusting hotel apartment.  As companions they were expecting 2 rooms with a sea view (the advertised pictures look lovely). In reality, they ended up in one room bed/sit with two beds, a tiny kitchen off to the side, a tiny table and no settee or comfy chairs to sit on, plus small bathroom. There were only 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks, no mugs or tea towels. A tiny 2 ring stove with no pans was the provided cooking utensils.  The balcony?  What a laugh. Only one person could sit on it (only 1 chair provided) and the view was of a crane and other balconies and buildings - certainly no sea view.  The apartment was booked by my MIL’s companion’s daughter and there is no doubt that she thought she’d found them a lovely hotel apartment.  So as not to upset his daughter, the companion did not like to make a fuss and complain, so they stuck it out for two weeks. It was so uncomfortable.  The air con was broken and when fixed was set so cold they couldn’t sleep, but didn’t dare change it incase it broke again; the reception did turn it up the next day.  Initially there was no shower mat and my MiL almost went flying in the water - reception then provided a mat.  The place was clean and quiet, but that’s the only good thing you could say.  No, they didn’t pay a lot, but what they did pay turned out  not to be for what  was advertised. The company are disgraceful liars and con merchants. To treat very elderly pensioners, never mind other guests, this way is appalling. I’m hoping the lady who booked it will take their photos and put in a formal complaint; no doubt she’ll hear nothing back and certainly no apology.  I’m writing this on their behalf as they don’t know how to use Trip Advisor.  I’m so aggrieved on their behalf and I explained we need to try and alert others to this disgusting establishment and that is why I’m writing the review for them.  Do not trust any of the good reviews; either they were staying in a better different area or they are false reviews.  There are enough poor reviews on here to back up my MIL’s experience. These are the reviews that should be believed; it’s a pity the lady booking did not read the reviews here first.  Trip Advisor is an amazing tool for letting people know the good and bad of places. Some people will always complain and be miserable, but if you look at my other reviews, you’ll see I’ll only review if utterly blown away with admiration, or so appalled that I felt I had to say something. Well this time I’m appalled on behalf of 2 octogenarians and this “hotel” should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. They lie, they mislead and the bottom line is that they cheat money out of innocent unwary folk and they get away with it.  The management don’t deserve to sleep at night - they deserve no one to ever book with them again. I haven’t got a photo but I’ll try and get my MiL to send me one for me to add in. 

Appalling Con  - don’t book!  You’ve been warned.

checked in, waiting outside the apartment as the door wasn't opening, we enter and we found dirty and disgusting room.
a cleaner took at least 10 to 15 cockroaches.
all this happened in one hour and at the end no refound, no vaucheer, just a polite guy saying come back tomorrow.
