LUNA Marijampole

It's looks like american tradicional guesthouse style hotel. Very clean rooms, perfect landscaping, amazing italian restaurant, great bowling and snooker house. Staff is very friendly and dinner is OK. Recommend!

Very nice modern motel style hotel about 2km from the city center. Plenty of parking space and a good breakfast included.
The rooms are small but very clean and the staff is friendly.
There is a restaurant and bolwing alley on the same premisses. We didn't try out the bolwing.
The hotel is rather cheap, but you get a good value.

This hotel has clean big rooms that are nice and quiet, easy access from via baltica. Suiteable also for families. Safe. Have stayded here two times and have racommended to my friends/family on road trips also.

This is perfect place to overnight – close to the highway (but not too close to hear the traffic), clean and with good parking, OK breakfast. What else do you need?
There is a restaurant, but as we arrived after 22, we took small, but tasty enough dinner (Cesar salads and chicken wings) for small price in the bowling area, where kitchen is open till 23.00.
Special compliments to the girl in the reception – she was very kind and helpful!
P.S. You have to put in navigation Mokolai (not Marijampole) and then Mokyklos gatve.
Little minuses – pour sound isolation, no hairdryer in the room and Wi-Fi (free) works only near reception.

Very nice motel style hotel

Perfect place to overnight

Nice overnight stay on our way from Finland to France

Great place!

The place is close to the entrance/exit of the town with a convenient location and large territory. There is a large parking and a restaurant. Rooms are very large (we had deluxe), simple, clean with separate shower and have everything what you might need for overnight. Breakfast is included to the price but we didn't have it at hotel so I can't comment it. We stayed for 3 nights (as we were visiting family in a city) and this made us discover:

BIG IF TO KEEP IN MIND: 
1. Originally we've booked a room called "apartments" with a bathtub, which is the most expensive of all the rooms. It is located just above the reception. We were grateful that upon our arrival the receptionist suggested us to choose rather the deluxe room, as the apartments, even if maybe with nicer equipment, can get really noisy on the weekends as in that room the windows face the nightclub and believe me the night club is noisy!
2. Out of 3 nights we were staying at the hotel, the rooms were not cleaned at all. No towels changed, no beds made...After 2 nights in the morning we asked the reception to change at least the towels and we were told that during holidays there is less staff and we have to ask if we want something, never the less even in the evening (around 20:00 when we came back to the room) nothing was cleaned in our room. We went once again to the reception and we were told that they will change the towels but that we can't expect the service of cleaning as hotel/motel is not expensive and that it is not the job of the receptionist to clean the room.
3. We've booked a room something like 1 week in advance and nobody ever mentioned that the rooms will never be cleaned.
3. Later we talked to a responsable person on the phone and she denied the version of the receptionist that even out of holiday period the rooms are not cleaned every day. To be fair I can say that the responsable was nice and that at the end they offered us a discount on a room price, but as it was not what we were looking for, we stayed a little disappointed and the story of not cleaning the room is still very strange.

To sum up: most probably we were just not lucky to stay longer than one night and yet during holiday period otherwise the place is really correct for short stay. Next time, if I ever come back, I would make sure in advance that the rooms will be cleaned.

Simple, correct place. Would have been perfect for what we were looking for IF...
