Nagoya New Rolen

I had trouble finding a hotel that offered triple share and was pleased when I found this one, and so well priced. Our triple share consisited of a small, need and clean room with 2 single beds and a tight but servicable bathroom, and an adjoining room with a single bed that shared the bathroom. The communal facilities were just down the hall and came in handy. I had read a review about lingering cigarette smoke so i sent an email requesting a nin smoking room if possible. I recieved a reply the following day confirming this request had been accomodated and we were happy to report no smoke smell in our room or our floor. The room was serviced daily, something we were not expecting, and the staff were fantastic. My brother left his camera behind in the lobby on the way to our cousins wedding, and the staff remembered the location of the wedding, as we had asked for directions, and rang ahead to say they had it and got a message passed onto the bride and groom. We had not even noticed the camera missing and were so impressed to have them chase us up. The free wifi was a huge bonus and helped us stay in touch, and they happily transferred many calls through to our rooms from the family we were visiting. It snowed whilst we were there, so the following day when the room was serviced extra blankets were added just in case. We only had to turn the heater on once! All this for only about $50 AUD each per night. Great value.
