⁰01contained apartments.  T4 I. he apartment smelt a little musty but open the windows and this soon goes.  It has a small porch outside with an umbrella and a little garden. Inside there are 2 ddoublemouble beds a little hard a sofa table with 4 chairs a seperated area with a sliding door that has a toilet shower and bath and the kitchen area with a fridge microwave kettle utesils a electric stovetop and assorted pots and pans
The hosts we rarely saw but daily emptied our rubbish and supplied fresh towels
There is a sandy beach close by that you can walk to.
The area is well cleaned but the area that is not has a lots of debris from the ocean and shallow 
I believe b Gox jellyfish could be around so be aware in the ocean.
Close by is a ripper bakery ishigaki labo 270 m away and nosoko malalo a fantastic restaurant 2.7 k ms away and a cute place to eat misaki kitchen 1 km away see puc below
Take what you want to eat and drink as you have to go to town to resupply about 23 km arakawa falls pic attached 14 kms away
Overall a great place

Very relaxing venue

It's a small hotel with two buildings, each consisting of two apartments (so 4 apartments in total). Since it's a small hotel, you have a feeling of intimacy and being a little alone in the world. The apartments offer an ocean view, and there's a beach less than two minutes walk away. The beach is very private, we haven't met anyone there during our stay. The hotel is located 45 minutes from the city of Ishigaki and there's little public transportation.

Charming Hotel Two Steps from the Ocean

Beach Village is a very clean 4 room hotel 2 minutes walking distance to the beach.  There are 2 double beds, washing machine and kitchenette in this comfortable room. There is a deck and a view of the beach. A car is needed because the hotel is about 20 minutes from the main town but well worth staying here. Our car rental was included in our room cost and had a GPS. The owners don't speak much English but were still very helpful. 

Wonderful

The bungalows are spacious and have a large terrace, very quiet location. The owners are very helpful and friendly and speak a few words of English. There are supermarkets only in Ishigaki, two restaurants are located nearby. The beach, which can be reached in 3 minutes, is very natural, that is, the beach is not cleaned of beach goods (plastic garbage). Very beautiful island and beautiful accommodation.

Beautiful bungalow near the beach for relaxation

It's a pleasant and secluded location, with not much going on around, to which you should be prepared... If you rent a car, it's around 25 minutes to the main supermarket, and there is a fridge, a stove and a microwave in the room, so it's not a big problem to make some quick meals or get takeaway bento boxes and heat them up. 

The rooms are clean, bright and spacious, with all you need provided, including your own washing machine. No clothes dryer though, but in summer just hang it on the front porch and it will get dry quickly. The furniture is new but a bit on a Spartan kind of quality side, which is fine for a country house. The rooms are sealed from the outside pretty well, so no troubles with heat or humidity... Very quiet at night, and great views of night sky... 
One problem which bothered us though - gekkos. Plenty of those on the porch at night, and some will get inside. I'm not sure by what means, unless they sneak in during the day when the towels get changed, or through some cracks we were unaware of... We were sure that none will get in when we open the door but every now and then we'd spot one of them inside the room... It's quite annoying, I guess there's not much hosts can do about it, but if there is a way, I'd rather not have these guys in the room ever...

If you want to use ferries often, it's less than half-hour drive to the port, so not a problem. More importantly, the main snorkelling location (Yonehara Beach) is just a 7 minute drive, and Kabira Bay is maybe another 7 minutes. There is also a nice swimming beach right near the property. It's not so great for snorkelling but nice sunset views and if you just want to relax and swim. So, if you came here for the ocean, this location is perfect. 

Also, it's a nice starting point to explore the island. Most main attractions (Ongazaki Lighthouse, Nosoko Mountain, Tamatorizaki Observatory, Cape Hirakubozaki, Ibaruma Cave, Yonekoyaki Crafts Center) as well as multiple picturesque beaches are within 25 minutes drive from the village, it is located right in the middle of all these.  

The hosts were welcoming and pleasant, drove us from and to the airport on the car we were renting from them, which is slightly cheaper than the rental companies do (not to mention you avoid losing an hour on transfer from the airport and doing paperwork). 

One complaint though is that the surroundings are a bit unpicturesque (for now?). There's some building going on nearby, and the view of dug up dirt and an excavator make the experience a bit underwhelming, especially as this is the first thing you see coming in (it looks inactive, as we didn't see anyone actually working there). The driveway is like on a building site as well, all crashed and with holes, not a pleasant 100 meters to drive. Again, maybe this is nothing the hosts can fix, but if the road could be at least evened up, it would be better...

Also, wi-fi barely worked in our room. Please extend it, guys, otherwise it's quite frustrating for your guests, it's a necessity.  

Overall, I would come back and I would recommend this place, but I also would look forward for some improvements mentioned above.

A nice place to stay

Wifi's slow, but good to ignore some e-devices. Beach is just 5mins walk. 
There's no breakfast, no shops nearby but not our problem, we drove to Kabira bay and met a good restaurant that serve OKONOMIYAKI. it's really yummy.
We bought some drinking at a small local grocery before heading to our room.
The owner is a really nice couple ^___^
That night's very cold but we did stargaze after heavy raining, sky's so clear.
I really love there. slow life, just lay and breathe.

We stayed here for four nights.  The villas were clean and spacious, with a small kitchen.  Restaurant options nearby are very limited so we cooked, using the barbecue that can be provided on a couple of occasions (¥500 a time).  The location is away from the main city part of Ishigaki, which is part of the charm, and you should definitely hire a car (don't forget that you need an International Driving Licence to drive in Japan like we did!).  The hosts were lovely and helpful, and spoke some English.  The nearby beach (1 minute walk away) is a nice bonus too - not the best on the island, but very quiet!

Lovely and quiet place to stay on Ishigaki!

I do not want to repeat all the things other travellers told already.
Here you find calm and ppeace, an absolutely empty beach ( 2 km, and we were always alone ), and friendly hosts. We rented a car with them, and they picked us up at the airport ( contact them beforehand ). The rate for the car is only 2/3 of the cheapest rate of thr car rental companies in Ishigaki.
This has been our second visit to the Beach Viage Nosoko ( have been there already 6 months ago ), and we are sure, it will not be our last one !
