597 reviewsThe hotel service is exemplary. The owner went beyond call of duty. He went and met us where the private water taxi dropped us and he helped us with the bags. He was very friendly kind and professional and made us feel welcomed. The hotel is cosy and very very central 2 min walk to San Marco. The room was special and had 2 Windows overlooking a small canal with gondola going up and down. Major brand shops are just outside the hotel like chanel ... . The mattress is comfy and the room is super clean and quiet even though central. We had a large bathroom with bathtub . You can book straight with hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We would come back and would recommend this as a great 3 star hotel . We usually use 5 stars but in Venice this hotel is perfect. Loved it
