We stayed at Agroturismo Maierhof apartments between 4 - 11 January 2025. Everything was just perfect and our family enjoyed the whole experience. The farm is located on a hill in La Valle village. The apartment (Pares) we booked was very spacious, bright, clean and fully equipped for our needs. We bought fresh milk, eggs, and home-made speck from our hosts and the products were of excellent quality and very affordable. The farm is charming (kids could see the new born calves, play with Mia the Bernese Shepherd dog and the little rabbit) and the views over the whole valley are magnificent. Our hosts Priska and Elmar were very hospitable and supportive. The ski lift of Piz la Ila is some 20 min drive away but we did not mind this at all. There is a ski buss which comes two times in the morning and two times in the afternoon to pick you from / to the farm in case you do not want to drive. Unbeatable value for money. Warmly recommended!
