First of all: kudos to staff. The waiters are super professionals, friendly-but-not-too-friendly, speak great English, make you feel welcome. Spanky clean from stairs to rooms to bathroom. Very good food (wine a bit expensive though, I recommend lowering the price give the clientele). It's not in Selva, which means you are away from noise, traffic and pollution yet away from shops, cafes, initiatives, etc. Keep that in mind because the much heralded buses run on erratic schedules and are often complete by he time they reach the hotel (Mayor please take note). View of the Sassolungo from the entrance. There is a nice sauna, nothing luxurious yet high standard. Note that Selva is very expensive, keep that in mind when comparing value for money.
