Jacqueline and her husband were fantastic. Simple and flexible check in in a very secure private apartment. My partner and I loved the location (2 minute walk to San Giovanni metro station) and about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. The apartment and room were spotlessly clean, quiet, cosy and welcoming (with coffee and croissants replenished daily!). We had the room with the balcony that overlooked the rooftops of Rome and the spectacular roof of the San Giovanni cathedral. It's a lovely space to sit early in the morning (if you like that sort of thing). Take the recommendations for restaurants from the owners as they are the best/cheapest/most Italian in what can be a very expensive city to eat out. We even got free wine with our meal in one of the local places! We had a wonderful time at this B&B and would certainly stay again.
