We really enjoyed our stay here early June 2017. Franca, the hostess, gave us a very warm welcome and even organized a cooking class. Her family who live in the farmhouse on the property were also very welcoming and helpful to make everyone feel at home. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The swimming pool is a delight and a very good way of escaping the summer heat. We had fresh eggs and delicious red wine from the family farm and, depending on the time of year, there is also freshly made tomato sauce and pasta available. The small town Pomerance is close by and has a Coop supermarket where you can buy fresh groceries. The beach and beautiful cities like Volterra and San Gimignano are all within a maximum of a one hour car drive and absolutely worth the visit. All in all definitely worth staying at this family friendly agriturismo!
