For the money I paid it was fine! The owner and his wife were lovely. It was a little bit rundown but then again it is an ancient historical building and provided everything I needed for a whistle stop visit to Lecce. The real attraction is the rooftop garden adorned with cactus plants and overlooking the Castello from which you can see a wonderful sunset! Breakfast was continental, I also had this on the roof garden of this beautiful ancient sandstone building! It's quite difficult to find using google maps so I've provided some photos of the exterior!
