We've been visiting this residence for years and over the years it's become the safe haven to take shelter in the summer to relax without stress. The residence is within walking distance of 1 minute, the time to cross the road. Well-furnished and functional apartments, spacious terraces to eat, children's playground, so green, maximum cleanliness outside and inside the apartments and here I want to congratulate the cleaning company really doing their job accurately. The residence is very close to a supermarket, the fruit and vegetable shop, the pharmacy.

One month in vacation in two, me and my daughter, top vacation! We were great! The very good owners are very kind and very nice...the beautiful, well-kept structure, so green, the spacious and comfortable apartments... the ideal x families with children, animals and no 😊 So many services from the hot outdoor showers, bicycles, car parking, and a large gathering gazebo.

I strongly recommend, the facility is located on a seafront is a lake exceptional hospitality cleanliness as well as staff available for any need, two steps from the sea.. lively show...

First-class holidays

We just got back from a fantastic week at Green Park. It's a really green park, with lots of palms, lots of cleanliness and lots of attention to detail. For a week we didn't use the indoor shower but only the outdoor ones. I was pregnant and my husband, washing our train, a really unique experience of showering together as a family:)).

What a wonderful experience.

Available and flexible also because I had special requests (not from Saturday to Saturday in short). New and suitable for a couple. We have chosen the mono. Completely new and clean, it has a cooking corner (with 2 fires. No oven), table, closet, bed and a nice bathroom with shower. Veranda where we dined in peace in the evening. Relax corner with views over Lake Varano, barbecue area, outdoor shower, parking and laundry area with 2 washing machines. 1€ The owners but never invaders and the friendly guard Jonny have passed us 15 uncomfortable area.

The structure is new, we stayed in the building by the sea. Beautiful view from the balcony, the sound of the sea from the background and sea breeze. The dog could stay on the covered balcony or go down to the beach where you have available beds and umbrellas. The sea is typical of the Adriatic so sandy and that it degrades slowly. Social distancing was not a problem (at least in September): km and km of beach to walk. With the bikes available we visited the nearest lake of Varano and we also went to the sunny lido where you can eat a fresh ice cream in the evening. Foce Varano is very quiet, there are 2 markets, 2 bars and a little more, but it has a nice bike path along the sea and with the (parked) Garegano easily available for those who love to relax in 15 minutes, you can also go to a private beach or race around the beach.

I stayed with my family for a week in this residence, discovered by chance while we were looking for a nice, tidy, quiet residence, we were not very big but well concentrated and surrounded by greenery, with a lot of questions and questions, but the services that the Green Park Residence provided were so affordable that we could not help but book. In fact, once we arrived, we were not disappointed: we did not think of finding a nice, well-kept residence, but we were not very large but well-concentrated and surrounded by greenery, with a good amount of space inside (tables, TVs, high-rise buildings, billiards, barbecues..), a small children's park and a car park to have the property insured for free.

It's not a disappointing surprise.

The residence is very nice and functional, spacious apartments, exceptional cleaning, many amenities, washing machine, barbecue, playground, indoor parking, common areas...but the top is to stay in the inner villas, if you happen to be on the road, then it changes, there is a lot of noise. The residence has a private beach that is very well equipped but the sea was disappointing, always moving and never transparent. Foce Varano is also really a little too quiet...if you want to see some beautiful places you have to move around and take the car.

Have a good stay

We stayed in 4 plus a dog and a cat, nice, spacious and clean apartment with everything you need to spend a quiet holiday, a beautiful residence just a few steps from the sea, quiet place, away from chaos, suitable for relaxation and family holidays, napkins and umbrellas provided by them, free but clean beach and especially pet friendly!free places to use and a nice cycling beach, unfortunately offers not much but it is a good starting point to visit the Gargano with all its charm, thanks to the staff we were all very well!!

I discovered this residence by chance, taking a tour of the area with friends and I must say that the surprise was really pleasant. The owners, husband and wife Leonardo and Angela, are very wordless but very concrete people. All expectations were met: laundry, cleaning, order and efficiency ok! Appreciative of the free availability of bicycles, hot showers (just a little cold in the late afternoon), barbecue, gazebo and covered parking (wifi, always free, not always the mouse causes connection problems).
