The B&B is in a beautiful location. It has been in the same family for some years, and the owners are friendly and extremely helpful. The outdoor pool is large and lovely, and the setting is very pretty and peaceful everywhere within the grounds. The room was clean and well presented, and the bed was very comfortable too. We had a terrace from our room at the top of the property, which has vast and wonderful views. Breakfast was very nice, informal, and with a good choice. Coffee was excellent! The walk to the bus stop is 10 minutes, and in around 15 mins we were in the city centre. I liked the fact we could spend a busy day in Florence, and then get a bus back to our B&B. You have to walk back up the hill of course:) but we are in our 50s and 60s and it was a breeze! Good exercise after gelato!! We did have a car but driving and parking in the centre could have been tricky, so we opted for the bus. I recommend the B&B, it was stunning.
