Wonderful staff. From the gentlemen at reception to the gentleman who looked after our room. Located conveniently near bus stops as well as shops and nice little restaurants in the neighbourhood. The condition on of the flat was excellent, with comfy beds and tea&coffee facitlites. Will definitely choose it again when in Jerusalem

Booked to stay here to be near family. We were so happy with the hotel. Self-contained suites, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV, very comfortable bed, fitted cupboard complete with safe, ironing board and iron. Bathroom had all the amenities expected in a 5* hotel, but a lovely surprise in very reasonably priced apartment hotel. Only quibble was bath was not full size, but as most people I think prefer showers, this is not a real issue. Place was very clean, can highly recommend!

Rafael residence has a good cost benefit. The staff is very nice. Gabi helped us a lot with information and we could eat well at a walking distance. Definetely recomend and would stay there again. To go to the old city we called a taxi, it took less than 5 minutes to pick us up and another 15 minutes to get there. We paid less than 10 dollars.

This is a wonderful place in Baka.  The suites are two rooms with a small kitchenette.  The location is great for staying in Jerusalem but outside of the tourist area.  Walking to the center of town is about 25-30 minutes.  The suites are well appointed and the staff is very helpful.

The hotel is considered as apartment type fully equipped. It is lookes like a new or at least refurbished. It is very clean, nice and simple decorated. Fully equipped kitchen . Located in one of the most nice and quite areas in Jerusalem. Very recommended.

Stayed here and it was so clean and modern.  Lior, at the front desk, was nice and helpful.  I didn't realize that there's a small kitchenette with a nice sized refrigerator, so I was able to heat up and store food.

The neighborhood this hotel is in is very nice. Good restaurant next door. Free parking which is rare in Jerusalem. The rooms have a full kitchen. Rooms itself are Ok, not amazing but decent for price point. Would stay here again. 

I stayed here for 4 months (March June 2020) in a very difficult period of my life and I can say with all conviction that it is the best place to stay, especially if you have a hard time. It is clean, it is well organized, the apartments are equipped with everything you need. The staff is extremely kind and eager to help. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the goodness shown. The neighborhood is very special, clean, elegant, beautiful, peaceful. You have everything you need at the door: grocery stores, pharmacy, market, Hadar mall, buses that take you wherever you need. It's a walk away from the city center. I warmly recommend Rafael Residence.
