From the moument we were greated at the front door until we left the next morning, it was the greatest of experiences, from Bernie’s beautiful home, the greatfully appreciated tea we were offered on arrival, the warm, very comfortable, spacious and spotless room ( even had shampoo and soap dispenser in the hot power shower), the breakfast was unreal with a massive range to choose from, absolutely beautiful.
I’m not shy in saying you would and could pay a lot more for less, Bernie it was a pleasure , hope to see you soon…..

Thank you for a great stay at your lovely cottage. We would recommend this place to anyone. We stayed for a wedding in Tyrrellspass, which was only 4 minutes away.

It was a very good stay after a nice reception. Room & Sleeping quality great !
Guests living room, very nice and we enjoyed to play some of the (tactical) games like Wonky wooden blocks.

Had an overnight stay on the way from Belfast to Dingle. Bernie the host was very friendly and made us a very welcome  up of tea on arrival. She made us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfortable.we had a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning. I would recommend sever to travellers.
One small point would be to have a tv in the bedrooms

Bernie was quite friendly and helpful, and check-in was very easy. I stayed at Seber House for 3 nights. Breakfast was tasty and generous, with a nice variety. Good Wi-Fi reception. There is a comfortable sitting room with books to read, and games for the kids. Modern bathroom (I loved the shower!). Nice & quiet location close to the bus stop & main part of town. Robes & extra pillows are provided! My bed was clean & comfortable, and it was nice to have tea, water, a kettle & biscuits in the room. I highly recommend this B&B!

This Guesthouse is conveniently located across the road from Rainwater Studio. I stayed here in December during a recording session with two others.  Saber house is unbelievable! The bed was just luxuriously comfortable and I had a superb night's sleep.  The standard of cleanliness in the room and ensuite bathroom was faultless.  The breakfast was delicious, quality and generous and nothing was too much trouble. I would go back to Kilbeggan and stay here just for the experience of Saber house.  It was very reasonably priced. 

This place is everything that it was supposed to be warm clean friendly and the breakfast was first-class I will definitely stay here again. The owner is pleasant and polite and very helpful. If I was asked to recommend anywhere to stay in the area this would be the place. We felt right at home. 

We stayed here for one night in June.

Very clean, plenty of parking. The host is very nice. The rooms are small but you make do. 
The drawback was our room was not ensuite but the bathroom was across the hall from our room. I believe the other room is ensuite so probably best to check ahead if you'd rather a room ensuite. We had a room on the roadside so sleep in the morning time was difficult as you are beside a very busy road but in general, the bed is comfortable and you get a restful sleep you to early morning.

Breakfast the next morning is very nice & fresh and coffee is brewed fresh in front of you.

As has been pointed out by others, this is a welcoming, clean, spatious Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast was very satisfactory as well (as was the tea at arrival).
The only actual downside was the WiFi: it did not reach into the room very well. In the common room the WiFi did work, although a bit spotty at times.
Would still recommend this one with no hesitation, however.
