From the moment we arrived florence was a man on a mission to make sure we had a wonderful stay. He met us outside and guided us to the apartment and gave us some amazing recommendations for places to eat and have a drink locally. The food in Kirby's Brogue Inn was amazing and Sean Og's was the place to be at night! Florence was super helpful with information on Kerry as a whole and where he would reccomend going it's not often you meet a host as friendly, welcoming and genuinely willing to assist you. The apartment was in a perfect location right smack bang in the middle of Tralee town, walking distance to all bars, shops and restaurants. The biggest plus was every bedroom was en suite unheard of these days but so nice to have you're own space to retreat to and get ready. The hallway of the apartments doesn't give a great first impression but the apartment itself was great, my only suggestions would be better lighting in the kitchen it was quite dark even with the lights on, stronger brighter bulbs would be an instant fix. Some cushions on the sofa would make it more homey as it's quite uncomfortable without them. Obviously with being an apartment there's fire doors that bang all day and all night so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs because nobody knows how to close a door gently.  They do offer a laundry service but I love a washing machine, in an ideal world it would have one especially for families staying more than a few days. But all those things are minor and wouldn't stop me returning again. Thanks to Florence for making sure we had a great stay!

Great stay

just home after a lovely few days in Tralee first time to stay here but wont be our last right in the middle of the town and just around the corner from our favourite bar restaurant the brogue. Apartment was perfect from checking in and out the staff were so nice even left us fresh milk to make tea and coffee. great base for travelling around tralee and Killarney 
wifi was great too

Great Base

Great place clean, and in a great location few minutes  walk in to town they are students apartments all on suit bathrooms, there is a private  car park, and very helpful  staff. There is a laundrette on site. And there is a pub on your door step open 3 days a week.

Holiday

Stayed here for a week. The apartment, which is described as superior, certainly lived up to its description. It is extremely well equipped, clean and tidy on arrival, with a pint of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits available. There are 4 ensuite bedrooms, so plenty of space, if as we did, have 2 lots of visitors to stay. The apartment is very central, being a 2 minute walk to the nearest shops and 3 minutes to the main street of Tralee. There is one parking space, if you have a car. We were most impressed by our greeting on arrival. Our flight was late and the office was closed. However we had been in contact by phone both before we left the UK and after we had landed. A young lady arrived as we did and gave us the welcome pack, including a map and information books. She then showed us to and around the apartment. Another real bonus. Everything about the apartment blocks was clean and tidy outside and best of all were the magnificent flowers all around. We would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped, comfortable and centrally located apartments

We stayed here 5 nights in June. We had a four bedroom apartment in the upper floor. Apartment was very dreary because only bare necessities were present. Also all places were worn out. Looked like this is an old dorm because all rooms were similar having own bathroom and shower. There wasn't any table space or racks around, only closet for clothes in every room.

The apartment had high echo because were was no textiles anywhere. Floor was laminated making it warmer and cosier than tiles. Windows were low quality, making apartment noisy and cold. Heating was moderate but you have to switch every radiator on individually. Kitchen was minimally equipped.

Free wifi was poor quality having low bandwidth and breaking connection often. Also it demanded login every time you exit and enter back to house which was very annoying.

Location was nice and central. Town center is just round the corner. Also big Supervalu supermarket is on very close distance. Place has 8 private parking spaces and we got alwasys one although the apartments were full. Area was mostly quiet but there is a pub facing some rooms and noise from other apartments may be disturbing.

Check-in and out was easy through the office located just round the corner. Staff was friendly.

This is worth money if you don't expect much quality. Price level is very tempting. There's lot of bedrooms with private bathroom which is perfect for a family or group. Central location and free parking are bonus.

Like a dorm

I booked this on line mainly on the recommendations found on a well known booking site, but must say my wife and I were left underwhelmed. 
We arrived about 14:30 only to find that there was no one at reception in fact there was no access at all we were left standing on the street while to manager came after I called him. Again, my fault for not checking we were told breakfast was not included, which at the price we were charged I was more than a little surprised, our next problem was that there is no designated parking and the only parking to be had is either on street, if you can find a place, or in a car park , both of which you have to pay for. 
The Town House is well kept, the rooms tend to be on the small side but are clean and serviced each day.
Will we stay again?? I think not

A bit disapointed

Large apartment for family of five. Each child had their own room and ensuite. Apartments had tea towels, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid left out and milk in the fridge. Nice touch. TV was very small but did the job. Overall the apartment was well located and well maintained.  Only small complaint was noise from nearby pubs at night time. Great value for money.

Ideal location

What a pleasant stay! Our apartment was located in the center of town. A parking lot is reserved for guests. The staff is helpful and supportive. What a nice surprise! Contrary to what was stated on their website, the toilet sheets and towels were provided. A dishwasher is also available with 2 tablets. The apartment is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, TV, plates, pans, shower and toilet in each room, etc.).

I'm surprised.

I've been living in TTCA for over a year. The space is nice, but some apartments are smaller than others. A great place for students, not very expensive and well in the city center. The staff are very kind and helpful. For those who live in the place be warned that at some point you will be disturbed by parties in the apartments, despite being banned. Still, a great place.
