Absolutely avoidable. Dirty rooms, bed and pillows impossible to describe. Horrible breakfast room, dirty clay, unwashed juice / water glasses, glued to the carpet.

Room dusty and bathroom not very clean, broken tile in bathroom. Cold shower and towels not replaced during 3 day stay. Toilet paper not replenished. Didn’t have breakfast so saw owner once when I asked her to move her care and she didn’t ask if we needed anything. More like a hostel than a B and B. Would not recommend.

Not good

Check in fast without too much gossip. Clean room, small but functional bathroom. TV and Wi-Fi (connection comes and goes from time to time). Close to the centre of Tralee (less than 10 minutes by car).

Good accommodation

Maureen’s B&B is a very nice place to stay. We had a family gathering and stayed next to the Meadowlands Hotel. We are glad to find this cosy and friendly B&B. Darren and Karen the hosts are young but they understood how to run this business. Right from beginning until the end we could communicate in an easy way. 
The rooms are comfortable and the on suite bath is spacious. Everything is very clean and inviting. Breakfast was fresh made and delicious. Mhm this is the best omelet I get served outside from home. The parking was included. Thanks very much for your hospitality Darren & Karen. 


Family atmosphere 

Great stay. It was quiet when I stayed for 2 nights but this did not stop them from going all out. Service was efficient, friendly. WiFi worked perfectly. There were extra blankets on top of the wardrobe and the shower was lovely and hot. They don't have a card machine so you just need to remember to take cash or have a PayPal.  All in all peaceful, simple accommodation at very reasonable rates with a piping hot shower and good breakfast.

Great place 

I was so delighted with this little B&B! They arranged a late check in for me when my train was delayed. Room was simple but welcoming with a comfortable bed, kettle and teas, big window letting in lots of light. Breakfast was made to order and the omelette was incredible! Also a great selection of coffee, tea, juice, fruit, breads and cereal! 
I could not get the WiFi to work in my room during my stay which was the one downside. 
Overall great stay, and an easy 10 minute walk from the train station!

nice relaxed style hotel. quite area and close to city center. breakfast perfecto and very big and tasty, Host (Karen)  kind and helpful and very beautiful. lucky husband. i will visit it again. no complains

And comfortable beautiful food good value for money only down side is no descent tv channels other than that coffee and tea cereal, comfort good breakfast in the morning and plenty of peace and rest good place for to recharge the batteries

We arrived as agreed but we had NOT seen the hotels. There was a word on the door to call them!! We were sent to another B&B (on the same street, thankfully) without any explanation!!

Not welcomed despite booking on Booking!!

A very snug, small, traditional B&B with nice, clean rooms and bathrooms. Lovely designed, such as garden, breakfast room, etc. Breakfast is perfectly fine. About 10 minutes' walk to the city centre. Parking lots right outside the door in the yard. The Maureen described here a lot we didn't (unfortunately) meet, there were two younger people for us. When we arrived and rang there was no one there at first. Within minutes the young housekeeper was there (presumably the bell was redirected). Well, glad to be back!
