Stayed 4 days/nights here, easy check in with friendly staff. 
My apartment had absolutely every item one needs to fully self cater, kitchen was fully stocked.
Hygiene and cleanliness was amazing. All staff wearing masks also, sanitizer available constantly. 
Wifi was excellent and I was able to work.

I felt very lucky to have found this place. Everything was perfect. The lady in charge and the staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for me, they were so warm and friendly. They are very mindful of guests in the apartments, so as to cater for everyone and maintain a peaceful environment for all. The apartment had everything, full size oven and hobs, kettle, microwave, fridge, saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, iron, hairdryer, TV, en suite. Milk, tea, coffee on arrival. Everything was pristine clean. The area around the back has plenty of space for parking, unlike other accommodation nearby where parking looks very tight. I was in UCC for my visit, which is only a 5 minute walk away.
Price wise, it is on par with other options.
I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone

My wife and I stayed here while jack Johnson concert was on at the marquee. The apartment was spotless and was in a great location just 10 minutes walk from cork city centre. Margaret and harry were friendly hosts and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I'm coming back to cork.

College view apartments on the western road 2 minutes walk from the gates of UCC is perfect for a few days in Cork city. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good electric shower and everything spotlessly clean. Excellent parking out the back. You got to check-in at the Killarney House, just a few doors down. Breakfast is available either full Irish or continental (13 or 9 euro). Staff were excellent. A small leather couch plus one chair was in our room, we would have preferred two chairs rather than the couch, but this is nit-picking. We were in a back bedroom and could not believe how quiet it was at night. About 20 minutes walk from Grand Parade but busses pass the door if you dont like walking. We will be back.

As a family of three in Cork for UCC events we have stayed at College View two times and found it to be a wonderful base in the central Cork area. The location is a small series of older buildings along a main road on the campus perimeter. 
College View (with the Killarney Guest House) gets an excellent rating due to the personalities of the staff and the homey feeling of the room. Both parents and college age daughter found the two-story apartments very comfortable. The refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink are full sized, the bathroom is small (shower is bigger than European average). Utilities are not new, but everything except intercom to outside was in good working order. 
If you're looking for newer or boutique type accommodations this is probably not the place, but for experiencing true Irish/Cork living with a range of welcoming people that treat you like friends, College View has been a very cool part of my Cork experiences. 
When confirming our second reservation I mentioned that I really liked their scones. When we arrived, there were scones waiting, which set a very positive tone for our visit after a draining taxi-ride through record storms (don't worry, Cork taxis are fine).
The location is a big plus, especially for UCC proximity, and there is a park/scenic walking area nearby.

I checked in at the Westways College View Apartment (Killarney Guest House) for two nights from September 29th and I very much enjoyed my stay. The apartment was a VERY spacious two bed apartment consisting of two floors. The staff were very nice and friendly, plus the apartment had all the latest mod-cons including Fridge, Oven, Microwave, electric heaters, electric shower, two flat screen TVs, a washing machine and dryer.
