Nice little B&B, I think they only had 3 rooms, make sure to get the castle view from your room.   The rooms were small, but extremely comfortable and clean.  Maria the host was quite charming and helpful.  The views were great.  Great location, on same block as the folk museum, the Dominican abbey and two blocks to the Rock of Cashel.  Breakfast was good.

Maria was wonderful - made us feel like family and gave us so many tips to enjoy this beautiful town. Very comfortable beds and yummy breakfast. Charming home that is a close walk to everything. Enjoy the Brú Ború show too if they are there when you visit.

We stayed overnight at Watties B&B. It is comfortable and the rate includes a choice of hot or cold breakfasts prepared by Maria, the owner. Maria gave us very helpful suggestions of places to go and to eat in Cashel, and tips about our planned visit to the Rock. Watties B&B is easy walking distance from the Rock (which can save you parking fees). We arrived at night and found in the morning that we had gotten a flat tire while driving the day after Hurricane Ophelia. (Maria actually (and totally unnecessarily) apologized for not having checked our tires the evening before!). When we discovered that Hertz in Ireland provides NO support for flat tires unless you pay an exorbitant comprehensive insurance fee when renting (the less exorbitant rate excludes tires, although we were never told that until after we had the flat), Maria contacted a local garage and drove us over there in her car to replace the tire. We were under great time pressure because we had to catch a flight from Dublin in the afternoon--Maria helped save us from a lot of stress!

My husband and I stayed one night on our way from Dublin to the west coast. We planned to visit the Rock of Cashel, and this B&B is within easy walking distance. Maria, the hostess, was very helpful. She provided a map with a walking tour of town and made some good suggestions, including when to visit the Rock and other activities. We had chosen her room with a double and single, which worked well for us because of our luggage. The room was quite clean There were options for breakfast, and we were introduced to white pudding (quite tasty). Be sure you visit the Bru Boru center, which is somewhat hidden at the bottom of the Rock of Cashel. There are interesting exhibits and a good gift shop. We also were able to attend the evening performance there. It is a very worthwhile introduction to Irish song, dance, and music. The after-party was also fun. Note that this B&B only takes cash.

Maria went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable!

Location can't be beat

Much good about this B & B: walking accessibility to the Rock, place to park, windows to get fresh air. Room was small, bit crowded but adequate with nice decorating and en suite small bathroom. 
What overcame all of this, however, was that there was the smell of cigarette smoke attempting to be covered by air freshener that just didn't work, particularly if you're sensitive to smoke as I am. I washed everything when I got home to get the smell out; was very glad there was a window so I could breathe OK while there.
