Blossom Home Stay

Found this place on Airbnb and I must say I was heavily impressed!!! The location shown on the maps is accurate ,but the road in the end can get a little rough. On a general note the homestay is loacted quite close to the nagarhole national park(kutta side,Kerala border), and in southern part of coorg district. Coming to this place,it is Nestled in natures lap,and lost between lush Flora, coffee/pepper plantations,gaging streams ,small ponds and so much more!! The host MRS Kavita was super sweet and pampered us to the core,guess that's the essence of kodava hospitality, she made sure everything was taken care of right from day one till we left. the home was sparkling clean and rooms were basic and pretty neat and the views were spectacular! Don't get me started on the food it was one of the best I have had in home stay set ups.. something Evan the 5* properties strive to achieve. Pandi curry, pepper chicken,fish fry and local delicacies were some of the fares served to us. There is a temple nearby which can be visited , also other places of interest nearby include.. nagarhole national park, tea estates, iruppu falls, and also a small trek to the nearby brahmagiri ranges . PS they have only Airtel and bsnl network here and it works just fine. Lazing around in the nature is the best option! This homestay is all you need to relax and unwind from the bustling city life. The nearest town is ponnampet and srimangala both at distance of 8-10km from the homestay. Better arrive prepared with basic supplies, as in the night it might get difficult to navigate considering the wildlife zone in the vicinity
