I booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the railway station and cathedral too. I also like the HONESTY of the staff when I called on the direct hotel line. I am sorry I forgot the name but spoke to him twice, and on both occasions was very prompt to understand what I asked and not any confusion. They had a deal on their website for bed and breakfast rates, MAP plan thats room and breakfast and lunch/ dinner and even all meals. He explained to us in detail about what was the menu and if it was okay to book else they would also have arranged for our parents, that was something I truly liked and booked the hotel. 

My parents did notice a bit shabby in the buffet area but the room was pretty and neat. Maybe they could work on keeping the buffet area neater. Else my parents were given a room on arrival to freshen up and relax as they arrived at 6am that morning. I thank Anandham residency for your kind service to my parents who stayed there froom 23rd February till 26th February, to set foot to Valankani. Thank you and only try and keep the buffet area neater.

Budget hotel nothing fancy.

With the price range of ₹600-700 i dont think so there is a better place to stay.
The best part about the hotels room are the painting this on the interior walls. Just one look at them will make your day .  Lovely place

Definitely Budget Hotel

The best thing about this hotel is the very courteous and accommodating staff, the location, the wifi and that its safe (I would recommend it to solo female travellers). It is easy to find and is at walking distance to the main shopping areas, White Town, and other areas/sites of interest. The wifi connection worked most of the time and the speed allowed for doing work and streaming. However, there is room for improvement in regard to the cleanliness which should be a fairly easy thing to improve. The bathroom sink, for example, was very dirty and the floors could definitely have used a more thorough cleaning. The hot water worked so so, which wasn't a big deal at the time we stayed since it was very hot outside but might be a problem during winters. We also sent our clothes for washing which was expensive and the clothes came back not smelling clean. Lastly, a special shout out to Sachin who works in the reception who really goes out of his way to make your stay as good as possible, if it weren't for him I think I would rate it two stars to be honest. 

Good location and friendly staff

It's a budget hotel with sub standard room quality I was charged for a premium price maybe because of holiday season. No hot water facility. bathroom cleanliness was low. Minimalistic breakfast only Idli Upma Puri are the available options.

i felt comfortable in this hotel, all the staff are very friendly. i really enjoyed my vacation there...!
The room was like at the pictures and was clean. Rooftop bar is very nice and good atmosphere..
A special thanks to Mr.Muthu in the reception, He is very kind and helpful....
Now I will suggest my family and friends to stay there.....
