I booked the hotel room with breakfast..Ilike the hotel..STay was nice and so is the Hotel staff.....A good hotel with basic facilities...
Mostly the hotel is for company people but if you book the hotel then it will not be that much dissapointing...

I m a frequent traveler of Noida. Previously I hardly found any suitable place to refresh my exhaustion but after experiencing in this hotel, now i m relaxed n satisfied. Their hospitality n comfort is just outstanding, even more than the hotels with higher rates. I advice others also to please choose fabhotels. I assure u will not get befooled. Thanks.

This is a great property for your comfortable stay. Room was of best qualities. The view from the window is good and the breeze from the window is awesomely cool. Breakfast was excellent with foods, and fruits and juices. We had great fun. The staff were professional and polite. Service was also great.

It's a dharamshala masquerading as a hotel😂
The complimentary Breakfast is a joke. Makes you feel like you are eating in a free langar. Just plain paratha in pre used oil, a watery stew of potatoes, no tissues, no place to wash hands - Enjoy being a begger. 
Bathrooms: Economy is the operative word. Just one operating handle for both the wash basin and bathroom mixer😂. You are advised to remove the handle from the wash basin and use the same on the bathroom mixer. No tissues anywhere in the hotel. Water pressure in toilet spray can not dislodge a mosquito from from your balls forget washing your bum. Enjoy.
No 24hr coffee shop. Practically No Service. 
You must demand fresh linen else they are happy if you sleep in the same sheets in which someone has enjoyed his bliss😂
Overall it's an eye opening experience.🤓

As a true reviewer, it's my duty that I review truly and unbiased. I had booked this hotel with my husband for two days and I feel this is an unsatisfactory experience of my life. Because of so many reasons. The room was so messy, bedsheet was so dirty. even bathroom kit was not there. room service also poor, overall The hotel was not maintained & it's so unhygienic. Complimentary breakfast was not good, & so on.  Although our room was changed after complained. but I wasn't satisfied with their service. I would like to give it 0 stars.
here I have some photos to prove my review.

Poor Quality service 

1. We booked three rooms for 2 nights. The Air-conditioning was not working in one; the toilet would not flush in another; and, the third had no working shower. Started with three adjacent rooms - but ended up on three separate floors!!!

2. Non had fresh bedding!!!!

3. Only one towel provided in each room - and additional towels provided after 4-5 reminders.

4. The breakfast is:- 'aaloo poori' on day one; a big dump of 'aaloo parathas' on the second day- nothing else!!!

5. Dirty dirty dirty...

This place needs a serious injection of upgrades as well as staff training on customer-care.

Or else, this place should shut down.

PS. I do not like to give negative feedback - but this place had nothing good - or even average about it...!!!

Rubbish with no customer service..!!!

before checking in room, there was too much cigarette smoke,room was not cleaned,washrooms were too dirty.when i make order they took that for granted.also the meals plates were left there for overnight.
