One of the best hotel in mussoorie I have ever experienced. 
Beautiful room. Well lit , cosy and comfortable. Clean and has all amenities. Open terrace with full view of city is the best feature of the hotel.

Love the property very prime and beautiful location . Friendly and professional staff. Everything easily accessible from the hotel location.  Rooms are also very clean. I have enjoyed a loy during my stay.

Very good value for money. clean basic rooms. Excellent view from the rooms . Kind and helpful staff. A little distant from centre so do take your car. Food was good enough. It’s a great base from where to spend time in mussoorie, landaur, and the mountains

Overall good room with valley facing balcony. Staff was good. Breakfast was so so ,not much options to eat, rooms n washroom were clean but towels and bedsheet are not upto the marks. Its not cleaned properly.

Best hotel in Mussorie

The hotel is located very high in the hills and the rooms offer a spectacular scenic panoramic view of the valley. Thats only saving grace 
Eventhough the hotel is relatively new, the maintenance and upkeep is very bad.. On top of that the housekeeping is pretty poor and staff aren't well trained at all.. Basic Cleanliness is found to be lacking in rooms as well as corridors and even the plates and glasses are not well cleaned in the dining area. 
We had the bad experience of 2 aggressive monkeys crawling to our rooms early in the morning. So a total nightmarish experience . On top of this, the housekeeping staff forgot to clean this rooms, after this episode despite our request, citing that we had not informed RECEPTION. 

On summary, this is a great property with amazing views and plenty of potential, only if the management takes some stern action in  the following
1. Focus on maintenance and upkeep of the property
2. Train the staff professionally in basic etiquettes on managing hotel guests
3. Focus on housekeeping of rooms as well as corridors
4. Ensure basic cleanliness of utensils in Dining area
5. Put some barbed wire fencing to prevent monkeys from entering rooms, rather pasting a small warning sticker inside the rooms

Great property with lots of potential, but let down by negligence 


The view of Mussoorie from hotel / room is beautiful. Rooms , ambience, cleanliness are good but food quality is good. The food taste is okay. The staff is courteous and room service is prompt.
Overall, Queen of hills is good for short stays 

Food Quality 

Services are not good at all. Room cleaning not done even after stating to the staff.

Way to hotel was also quite difficult as only 1 car can go on side. Had very good expectation from the hotel however it’s not that great.
