One of best hotel in Chennai. Great service from the staff- courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Prompt check-in along with staff showing out the facilities in the room in person.Great breakfast spread and wonderful waiting staff who take utmost care to make you feel comfortable and content.

it was near a shlinganallur and it was near the market main place ......

the experience was nice ... good to stay ...i loved the rooms and every thing was working perectly . i loved staying in the heart of chennai , shollingananallur .Good place to stay in this hotel especially for the business people. With gud Breakfast. & well maintained rooms. With gud room service . And hotel is situated near by bus station. And near by restaurant's.

It is situated in main location and easily accessible. Though the room was near and clean the Lenin were bit dirt. Warm welcome from receptionist and good guidance ..room was spacious and good interior. Seperate WiFi was available . Only thing was in doubt and found something in wash room mirror

Internet facility was available.
You need to request geyser and AC to be switched on from the reception, though.
Overall, good value for money.

Good stay OYO 20018

A nice stay

When we checked-in,there was no delay at reception. Receptionist was friendly. Room was of good quality. But NO HOT WATER was provided. Food supplied was of good quality. But around 10'O CLOCK IN NIGHT,I received a call from RECEPTION asking for proof of marriage,which they could have asked at the time of check-in. They WERE ADAMANT on that. Me and my wife were little bit tired of journey  and were planning to sleep. Since the receptionist was adamant on the proof,I had to go to the reception to provide him the marriage proof. I felt this behavior too bad as copies of ID and marriage proofs should be collected at the time of check-in itself. The management should give proper training to the receptionist and all so that guests get a pleasant experience from them.
