The rooms were of a decent size. It was extremely clean and so was the bathroom. There was a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The AC functioned well. The amenities were basic but sufficient. The bath had hot & cold water at all times and the shower was perfect. The staff were polite and fairly prompt. The check-in and checkout process was quick. And yes, the location couldn't be any better Yes, this is a hotel. Definitely not a service apartment as the name claims. What you get is a room and an attached bath as in a hotel. There is no extra service provided that one wouldn't get in a hotel. This is not a complaint but a fact
