Hotel Highway View

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days. First the positives which I observed during the stay: 1. Check in and reception is very efficient. 2. Rooms including washroom are clean and well maintained. 3. Housekeeping of rooms on daily basis is very good. 4. Room was equipped with air conditioning which was sufficient. 5. WashRoom is well stacked with all necessary toiletries. 6. Hot and cold water available 24 hrs 7. Room is well lit. 8. Room service is prompt and efficient. 9. Hotel offers free breakfast and Wifi. 10. Well located and easy accessible. Walkable distance from sanpada railway station. 11. Room have an antique feel with good wooden furniture. Now the negatives: 1. Food taste is very average. 2. Food cost is expensive for the quality and quantity offered. 3. Food menu is not very exhaustive and very limited options. 4. No transport service available. 5. No private parking and available only on service road. 6. Room space is very crumbled and literally no space between the bed and wall on opposite end towards television. Washroom too is very crumbled and hardly space available. 7. No elevators available and need to climb up and down the stairs to rooms. 8. Please recheck the bill during checkout. 9. Do not try their chinese menu, very poor preparation. Finally would say, stay was good but food aspects disappointed me. Above average experience overall.
