29 reviewsDear Management, Our stay was excellent and Rooms/Restrooms were very neat and tidy. All our family members enjoyed the stay and hospitality provided by Mr.Gautham Sir and team. We have already concluded that this place will be our only spot to stay for all our future visits to Bangalore. From the day one until we checked-out, it was a bliss and Room service also too good & room service boys were kind of reluctant to accept tips (which is a surprise). Since we visited Bangalore after long years, we wanted to try all famous restaurants nearby and we ordered food. One day, we requested the team if they can reheat the items, they were very happy to do the same and to our surprise they even gave a big plate of salad for my kids. Really impressed by your team’s service and keen interest. Another surprise is, while checking out - Mr.Gautam didnt charge us for Tea/Coffee which we ordered via room service which we didn’t request or expect. Very nice to see the gesture. Totally enjoyed our stay with good response & hospitality. We have already recommended this place to others and we will continue the same. Please keep up the good work and kindly share the appreciation to Mr.Gautham and all the members who help the place blooming. Have a good day.
