Hotel Aurum Family

The staff was very kind and gently. They solved all the problems we had immediately. We loved all the meat we got. We were more than satisfied with the service our dog got, because the hotel is absolutely pet friendly. Reccommend this accomodation to everyone who travels with his puppy.

Stayed for a weekend in April. Loved the interior design. The room was clean and nice, although the kitchen area was pretty small. Staff was friendy and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Can't say more, we only slept and had breakfast here, and we were pretty much away most of the time.

Family trip with a little lovely dog

Clean & nice

We wanted to spend a nice weekend here, have a few drops in the wellness section, relax and chill. Well, the room was okay (with direct view to the central bus station), staff helpful and nice, food average with little vegetarian options, but the wellness was a total disaster. Imagine space that used to be two rooms on the first floor emptied and turned into a little green spot with two showers and two saunas. They were nice and all, but people living next door were coming and going, there was no real opportunity to relax. Pool and other wellness facilities were available in another hotel on the opposite side of the road. and were there in winter.

Not recommended

Wifi is poor. Unfortunately my phone reception was also bad so i felt really back in time. Selection of meal is limited especially the lunch when you are served without telling or asking whether you are interested about it. Cups, plates chipped run out meals, drinks not topped back up. 
Bed linen full of body hair. Shower hose covered with twisted hairs. After shower (with closed shower cabin door) the whole bathroom was wet and even the room carpet got soaking wet.
I asked for just a quick hoovering when we returned the larger pieces of leaves (which are the easiest to suck up) were still untouched. 
The majority of the toys at the playroom were damaged.

Low standard

First room they put us up was freezing. Asked to control the heat in our room, but we were told it's central heating (?!). As it didn't get better they offered another room. There the temperature was 27°C centrally. Tried opening the window, but with no net on windows, bug invasion and noisy street festival, we couldn't sleep. Complained, no change, but after 2am we fell asleep from exhaustion and heat.
Woke up to good temperature, so decided to stay. On 2nd evening asked reception to do what they did for the morning: turned out their system was down overnight but now it's up and running on central mode. So was boiling again. Other guest shared same experience in lift, corridor, lounge, where and whoever we met. Some complained to hotel manager, but still no solution. 
We had half board: help-yourself selection is good, quality is too. Be fast though, as an hour after opening some cakes might not be refilled. Some small things could be added like extra cutlery to help yourself to (for clumsy kids or when first lot is taken but want to go for seconds), jug of water for breakfast. Serving staff could be kinder, more attentive.
No pool in hotel, offered opposite hotels thermal pools for free. We didn't try that, nor neighbors paying one (but the central main one).
Kids room is nice to have for the youth to go crazy, Xbox wasn't working.
Beside some wear and tear it's modern and tasty.
Provided welcome drink doesn't make up for heat inconvenience nor lost liquid.



Central heating catastrophe

This was the first hotel in my life I left after staying for 1 night out of 4 we have reserved and payed in advance.
1. We came as a family of 5 - two parents and three children under 11. The hotel gave us two room in different floors. No true services for family
2. Air conditioning worked poorly 
3. Very bed smell of moisture and mold in the room at a level that it is hard to breath 
4. Broken locks at the bathroom 
5. Slow service at breakfasts and dinner
6. Dirty spoon at the tables
7. Understaffed hotel
8. Poor WiFi
9. Poor parking space

In short - horrible service!

Word of advise - stay away!

In general I do not recommend. Only one person understands a few words in english. Airconditioning turned off. Terribly hot inside. Room service actually doesn't exist. You have to ask even for a toilet paper. No shampoo, shover gell (only one small sample about 5 ml) for a whole family. 
Food cold. After one hour You have no choice - only waists.
Parking paid extra. Wifi doesn't work above 1st floor.
Seems like nobody cares for You.
