We just came back from Erdőfénye Castle Hotel, where we spent a pleasant days during New Year's Eve with our family. Hotel provides a perfect rest and recreation for everyone with the quite location (middle of the forest), percfect and low price restaurant, indoor swimming poll and sauna, table-tennis and bowling. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. You can find lots of nice excursions possibility to the village (Illés-winery for exapmle) and visit Tokaj or Sárospatak (just 15 km each) Only problem could be the transport, because the public transport (bus) is working rarely, so better to arrive by car.
