Festival Üdülőház- Balatonföldvár

We have spent a long weekend in Hotel Festival. The hotel was built in the 80's and kept the marks of that time - it was really nice to time travel. The room was big enough for two of us, had a balcony and all the rooms have a stunning view to the lake. The bed were comfortable though the room didn't have air-conditioning, so it became too warm for the night. The breakfast was delicious with many choices similar to the dinner. It was always with fruit and cakes too. The hotel staff was always nice and helpful even though they were extremely busy. The hotel has a big park around with easy access to the lake. There is a facility to play tennis as well. The building looks (and feels) old though it is cleaned and maintained properly. There is a couple of faulty thing such as the shower wasn't fixed properly but you can oversee it as everything else was really good.
