A basic hotel but comfortable enough. Very friendly staff which was nice. Downside is that there is only one bathroom shared between five rooms Not a problem when we were there as place not full As a stopping off place if you are visiting Livingston for a night or two, it's fine but wouldn't want to stay any extended length of time
