From the time we arrived, the staff have been very helpful. Even though there was a language barrier, they were quick to pull out Google translate for us to communicate. The property is absolutely beautiful, but our room was a bit smaller than we expected but they just do not waste space.The food was great! The condition of the hotel was great. If we needed anything they would bring it to our room. Orfa was the absolute best and she arranged all of our travel during our stay and help to get us to the wedding venues.I would absolute stay at this hotel again and again. It is literally in the middle of everything.

What a fantastic place!!!! Perfect location. So close to everything!  The staff treated us like we were staying in a five star hotel. Food is delicious! Clean!! We stayed in Room 1 (I think this is the family room). Big room, with a separate sitting area. Hot tub, shower stall and a soaking tub. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff here. Everyone is so kind and accommodating to us. Will definitely be coming back!!

The staff at Casa Realeza are AMAZING! They are very attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. We love it here and will be back soon!

We stayed in the mountain bugalow. It was secluded, peaceful, and simply wonderful. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest service

While we thoroughly enjoyed the destination itself, the room we booked was simply not suitable for the three of us.We specifically requested a double bed room, under the assumption it would provide adequate space for our group. However, the room turned out to be incredibly cramped, making our stay quite uncomfortable. We had to take turns getting ready in the limited space, which was far from ideal.In my opinion, a room of that size is only appropriate for a couple, not three adults. The lack of space severely detracted from our overall experience and comfort level.While the staff was friendly, I believe there is significant room for improvement in ensuring guest rooms match the advertised specifications and can comfortably accommodate the number of occupants.

Overall our stay was really great! The location is simply amazing, really close to everything and every time you go out the lobby you get the beautiful sight of “La Merced” simply amazing!The stuff was super helpful, friendly and always available. Food was good as well (breakfast included) The beds were comfortable.My only comment (which I also expressed to the front desk at our departure time) is that the room was designed a bit too small. If you bring 2 regular size suitcases that’s it, you will find yourself having trouble walking towards the bathroom or out of the room because the space between the wall and the foot of the beds is pretty reduced. Other than that the hotel is really good!I would definitely stay there there again but for sure will bring smaller suitcases.

Everything about our stay at Casa Realeza was incredible! Everyone on the staff was super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating - from the moment I booked, to check in, to helping get taxis and communicating with us during our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious & very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast they served each morning was delicious. The location is amazing, it's right in the center of the town, steps away from restaurants, markets & bars. It felt very safe and secure. The views are insane. The only thing is if you're planning on being in your room throughout the day/evening (1pm- 10pm ish) you will hear music playing-- but it's good music! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again!!

One of my favorite hotels!

very convenient for the purpose of our visit.  main points of attraction were within a walking distance. felt safe. friendly staff.We did not like the fact that our room was right on the first level by the patio dining area.  loud music, and diners right outside our window.  also the room was a bit too small for the price we paid.

Overall it was a very good stay.  The hotel staff is so kind, helpful, and welcoming.  There are some things that could be improved for the comfort of the stay...  For the access to the hotel rooms, it would be wonderful to add a walkway for guests with their luggage to walk through the courtyard (not having a sidewalk with rolling suitcases is not ideal).  It would also be suggested to add a full mirror to the room along with a place to hang up your clothing.  Additionally, guests dining directly outside your hotel room is not an ideal setup for the comfort of both hotel and restaurant guests.
