Great location of accommodation. Beautiful arranged yard. Hospitality of owners was on highest level. Breakfast was also excellent which was served if requested in yard. Room was very nice and regularly cleaned.

My stay at Epohikon Studios in Halkidiki was absolutely fantastic. The location, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach of Sarti, was incredibly convenient. Nektarios, the owner, was a true professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The room itself was cozy and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I highly recommend Epohikon Studios to anyone seeking a wonderful and memorable experience in Halkidiki.

Wonderful Stay at Epohikon Studios in Halkidiki

Anyone booking an apartment like this should be aware that it's not a five-star hotel. And on the other hand, you have to live with the fact that the kitchen is old and crappy. That the closet is the cheapest block wood on plastic feet. That there's no chair in the room where you can put your clothes down overnight and that the house is so bright that you can hear every step of other guests in the early morning. On the other hand, you have nice wooden furniture on the balcony and you can relax outside. The bed is cleaner, everything is cleaner and the bathroom is very top-down: freshly furnished, and brightly furnished, just like you want to have. But the studio has a good enough room to make you feel comfortable, and everything is better, and I can't go on the racetrack while you're at it.

Excellent staff!!! Super helpful and warm. The location is great, near the beach and all the restaurants. The atmosphere in the rooms is very cozy and the overall experience was great. I would highly recommend Epohikon studios to anyone visiting Sarti!

Better than a 5 star hotel!

I love this place! Nektarios and his family are very nice, helpful and hospitable! The rooms are very clean and beautiful and you can find everything you need here! I like the little garden very much and you can sit nice on the terrace in the evening. All shopping is just a few steps away, the great beach is also very close. I always like to come back.

A wonderful place to relax so close to the sea!

Nice and essential accommodation, located in an excellent location: close to the centre, the beach, the markets and a large free parking lot (added value given the difficulty of finding car seats near the centre). Green interior courtyard with a suggestive relaxation area enjoyed by all guests. impeccable cleanliness and apartment provided with all the accessories. Unique in: little space to support their own things, the discharge of the water that occasionally blocked and kept discharging water and the lack of the shower plate that made the bathroom floor wet for a couple of hours. A compliment to Nektarios and staff: all very kind and available. Surely recommended.

Comfortable apartment to enjoy the sea

We booked for 7 nights! It is the perfect place to stay in Sarti! Best B&B in Sarti! Quiet rooms and beautiful gardens inside! Highly recommend. If you book with breakfast you won't regret it! The host is available to help you anytime.

Booked and stayed for a week at the end of July. Host is excellent person, studios very clean and amazing garden.
We also chose breakfast which was delicious. 
We will definitely come back next time.

Wonderful

Great experience for 5 days!! Everything in the room was very clean and they changed sheets and towels twice!! The balcony was great and you could sit late at night just to have a drink!! Nektarios and his family were extremely friendly and helpful to fullfill all of our needs!! Definitely coming back!!

Great overall experience!!

The bathroom, if you can call it that, is a ridiculous thing, built where there used to be a small storage shed, a basement faucet with no hot water in the sink, a microscopic shower without a dish, a shower with a curtain that would inevitably be attached to you, and to use the cup, a person of average body size must be a contortionist and be able to dismantle the shower tent...
