Staff was very friendly.   Room was amazing.  So nice to have twin beds for the teens.  Balcony hottub worth the upgrade.  Breakfast options were unexpected.  Very central location.

The property was tidy and clean, the staff were excellent and very accommodating. The view was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, custom ordered daily, and brought right to the room every morning at the selected time. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Stayed in Asha EON suite from Dec 31 to Jan 2, The suite crew managed by Panos delivered superb, personalized service. The suite includes an inside and an outside jacuzzi and was a large cozy cliffside cave house with caldera view. No direct car access and room access is through a steep staircase walkway but hotel crew delivered 3 large suitcases to and from room to the airport taxi they helped us order.

Was not disappointed.  The view, hot tub, large room, free breakfast were awesome.  Highly recommend.  Very walkable to restaurants, shopping.  We rented car & found free parking about 2 blocks away.

Staff from hotel were very helpful and friendly; both George and especially Panos. Hotel reception can be difficult to locate. More prominent signage would be good. Hotel is at the edge of the caldera, with rooms ovelooking the water. Breakfast served on the private terrace, overlooking the caldera and the sun sets right in front.

The room was beyond our expectations and the view was breathtaking.  Its proximity to everything was a hugh plus.

Breathtaking View.

I am very happy about our stay.  Staff is friendly and responsive.   The room is very spacious and clean.  We have our own terrace and whirlpool to enjoy the Aegean Seaview.   Their cook to order breakfast is top notch. Breakfast is delivered to your room terrace.  What a luxury experience this hotel provided to us!

Excellent hotel and services

Great place to stay in Fira. The view from the room over the caldera was breathtaking. Morning breakfast delivery was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were very happy with our stay. Only things I need to note is that there needs to be some tile repair in the bathroom and the restaurant kitchen above needs to be quieter at night because it was a bit noisy trying to sleep. It echo'ed in the room.

Our stay at Asha Luxury Suites in Fira, Santorini, was an absolute dream. The panoramic views from our room were simply breathtaking, capturing the essence of this iconic Greek island. Absolutely the best place I've stayed. The views from the room were phenomenal! Breakfast every morning on the patio was incredible. The room/staff/location were all perfect. Surprisingly quiet considering the late-night noise up on the streets above. The 'hot tub" wasn't hot which actually gave us reason to use it during the summer. Very pleasant while enjoying the view and a glass of wine. Stairs leading to the room could be a problem for some people, but aside from that, there's nothing else I could expect from this dream location.

Our family of three had a wonderful stay with ample space to relax and unwind. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, making it hard to do anything but sit back and enjoy the natural beauty. The service was excellent, and we had no complaints. Although there isn't an on-site restaurant for breakfast orders, the pre-ordered breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A Serene Family Getaway with Stunning Views

Had an amazing experience here! The room was very spacious and clean and the view is unbeatable. Also right in the center of Fira so everything you need is close or they can arrange transportation for you. Staff was super helpful with everything and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Santorini!

This hotel was incredible. It’s in the heart of Fira so everything you could need is nearby, but once you get to your room, you would never know how close you are to the bustle of the city. The balconies have unbelievable views of the Caldera and the breakfast brought right to you is an amazing touch. The suites are spacious and beautiful and all of the staff is very helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Absolutely breathtaking!

Great stay for our family of 3 in the Soul suite.  Panos & his staff were most welcoming, courteous and helpful.  Even though it’s winter when we came, when most stores & restaurants are closed, and even though weather was stormy & cloudy & cold for most of our stay, we still had a great time given the fantastic views from our room & shared balcony.  Breakfast, whether served by the balcony or in our room, was another highlight.  Highly recommend & would definitely come back!
