Very good price for Mykonos, good service and quality,cozy rooms,VERY CLEAN,Helpful owners,fresh towels every day!!

Excellent place. Everything is more than perfect. The sea view was fantastic, the room always clean. 5 minutes walking from main station and little Venice and windmills. Mr. Kostas and his wife are very kind and  helpful. Also the room and the surrounding area are very quiet and very nice. There is a nice bakery in front of the place. What more i can say. I really injoyed the stay and i hope to repeated again once more.

Ottima posizione , struttura carina e comoda. Persone molto gentili e disponibili consigliatiassimo.

Lovely little hotel opposite the most amazing 24 shop and bakery. Bus stops outside . Rooms are spotless air conditioning is very good , lots of hot water. Kosta the owner goes above and beyond to help and give you advice on where to go and how to get there. For ax reasonable rate this hotel is truly a great find and I would highly recommend!

1. Location: If you are not looking for somewhere to party all night, this is your choice! it's a little bit away from the main street, but still avalible walking distance, and not to mention you can have a nice view right in your balcony! Moreover, there's a 24hr bakery nearby, you can buy food, water, nice coffee (with a fair price).
The great location is also on the way that the bus goes to the airport, so you may save the taxi money and just take the bus. 

2. Accommodation: Exactly like what the photos look like, provided with aircon, safe box, hair dryer, fridge and good voice-proof window,  the room is clean and they change the towels even you just still for two nights. 
However, if you are a lazy bird who wants to sleep more, you may feel the sunlight outside is too strong. 
Reminder... the bed cover is thin (but I think it's the Greek style even in Athens) so don't set the aircon too low temperature.

3. Host: The best part of the stay, we feel so welcome and have a wonderful impression to Mykonos people, Kostas &  Dina are so friendly and willing to share all the information, I would definitely recommound to other and come back to visit this lovely place and people.

Overall, it's the best stay I have this year, I  even think that I want to write the review in order to avoid too many people coming that I can't get the reservation in the future, haha. But I wish the Business goes well, and I can visit Kostas &  Dina every summer ~ Best regards.

Excellent location. Room was very clean and stuff was really friendly and helpful. We could call the owner at anytime to get some help. And we got recommendations for places to go and a map, which was really helpful

We stayed in the central property (2 minute walk from the windmills and maybe 4 - at the most - from Fabrika square) and would really recommend it. 

Three of us shared the studio (double bed with an additional camp bed), which came with a kitchen and a nice small balcony overlooking the street, and the other two in our party had the room upstairs - twin beds and a lovely terrace (no furniture on it but you could take the chairs from the room, also no kitchen) with a view of the sea when you stood.

The rooms were a good size, as were the bathrooms. It's basic, but really nice and well worth the money! It was great to find somewhere affordable and in such a great location. 

The owners offer pick up and drop off's (we used this for arrival at the new port and departures from the airport), which was really useful! They were also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are also on a residential street so there's barely any noise at all in the evenings. 

I would really recommend this place :)
