Very Clean Room of the Apartment shared in two rooms with all the facilities like a small house.
The rooms were Very Big Rooms as we were a family of 4 and we wanted that space to move.
I think that is an optional place to stay in the area if you want to stay even more than just weekend.

Rooms apartment to STAY

I was part of a group of 14 people who were supposed to stay for 10 nights at the Magnolia hotel in late July. When we arrived at the hotel we discovered that the reservation for some of us had been canceled for unknown reasons, but in any case the cancellation had not been made by us. The hotel manager immediately treats us badly and aggressively and first tells us that she has given the rooms to other customers. It was not true. Then she changes her version and says that she will only give us all the rooms if we pay in cash, without going through the payment platform's reservation where we had previously booked. She says that she will keep the penalty for the previous booking for herself, 1682 Euros, and that we had to pay without considering the previous money sent. Even though it was clear that we had not cancelled, she demanded to have another 2000 Euros immediately to give us the rooms otherwise we would have slept on the street. These rooms were given to us after 5 hours of exausting discussion while we were practically stuck in the hotel lobby without air conditioning and without even receiving a little water despite the suffocating heat. The room that was given to me had a very small bathroom with a very uncomfortable toilet for disabled people, and a floor that flooded when I took a shower because the slots in the floor to drain the water were clogged with dirt. The shower tray was separated from the toilet bowl by a simple and dirty plastic curtain that always fell on me when I used the bathroom because the bathroom was small. The electrical wires were exposed on the wall, which was dangerous. There was no hairdryer. I asked for one, I was given an old and broken one, which when I plugged it into the electrical socket almost gave me an electric shock. The manager also refused to give us the requested invoices for the payments made. In the end she only gave them to us because another kind hotelier intervened and also because we threatened to call the police. The Magnolia is a hotel to avoid: it looks like something out of a horror film.

Nightmare

I called Magnolia hotel at Aidipsos Eyvoia island Greece couple of days ago to book a double room for me and my mom. The area is very popular for the hot springs. 
The person who was on the phone with me was asking me wired questions like how did you find me (the hotel is on booking’s platform and there is hotel’s web site), where do I live. I said the lady that all these questions are unacceptable and irrelevant and that it’s my right as a customer to ask for further information before I proceed with my booking. When I came to the question about the mattress of hotel’s bed, how soft or hard it is or whether they use a specific mattress brand, the lady was very nasty and she said that she doesn’t care whether we like the mattress  or not and she doesn’t care whether we will get up next morning. It’s obvious what she meant by these words! I was really shocked! Of course I didn’t  book the room at Magnolia hotel and thank god the nasty lady stayed away from me! Don’t give your money to such nasty and unprofessional hotel owners.
