Amazing location, very warm welcoming  by Efi and her family, they assisted us in every possible way with suggestions of what to do in the island and was always all perfect! Highly recommended! Looking forward to be back next summer! Lots of love from the Brazilians!!! 

We had a triple room, which is actually two rooms, one with kitchenette and one bed and one with two large beds and balcony with side sea view.

The hotel is placed in the center of Limenaria, at several minutes slow walk to the beach.
The small stores, minimarkets and charming seaboard taverns are all very close. Last but not least, the owners are very friendly and willing to help. 

We had the best in this price range!

We staied at Glauke Rooms for 7 days. The room was verry nice, just like in the photos. Rooms are verry clean, new furniture, AC. The hosts, Efi and Giannis are verry nice and helpful. We had the sheets changed and the room cleaned 6 days out of 7 which was super nice. We had no problem with the noise, and the rooms are conveniently placed in the center of Limenaria.
A minor downside was that we had a bad inernet connection, but it's a common problem on the island and Efi and Giannis were kind enough to make sure to fix it.

Limenaria is a great chill out place, from where you can travel to all Thasos beaches by car. Glauke and her brother, who owns the tourist shop below Glauke's rooms are great people, helpful, genuine and open minded young people. I think they like travelling themselves, so they appreciate their visitors and will give you the best of tips and information about Thassos. All in all, Glauke's rooms are well maintained and good value for money.

The only negative was that I had difficulty in finding the place upon arrival, even though it is on the main road. Glauke is responsible of renting some rooms in a larger complex that belongs to her mother, so if I remember correctly there was no sign on the street or outside the room to help you find it.

A great base to explore Thasos

Holidays in Thassos

This cozy apartment with side sea view is in the center of Limenaria, close to all kind of shops, pharmacy, restaurants and the city beach. The owners are very friendly and willing to help.

Unfortunately, this is not really a hotel, just rooms in a residential building. There's no reception, the owners are in the shop on the ground floor. The building is in a very noisy location, it's impossible to sleep with open windows. The air-conditioner was noisy too, impossible to use it during the night. The kitchenette was bit dirty and poorly equipped, we had to ask for essential things, like forks, mugs, plates. The bathroom was always flooded and dirty, because there was nothing to clean it with. And the room cleaning was random, every 3-4 days. No hooks to hang things. The Wi-Fi signal was poor, sometimes absent. Really disappointing.
