Staying at Studios Niki was such an enjoyable experience! Stavros and his lovely wife were so hospitable and kind. They're also conscientious hosts - everything was well-cared-for and clean. My girlfriend and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone interested!

Place is calm ,with a big green yard,located a few minutes from the sea.Studio located on the ground floor was spacious ,well equipped and cleaned daily.Our host Stavros helped whenever needed.

The location is an oasis of peace and relax immerse in a green garden sorrounded by an ancient wood of olive trees, just a few minutes by the sea - and to the Kite spot. The new studios are very cozy and well kept by Stavros and his wife who take care of you as a couple of old friends, discrete and always available. The quality/price ratio is simply great and once you've been there, believe me, you just want to come back the next year!

We was at this studio from 5th to 15 th July 2016. First location is very good, by car you need 3-4 minutes to the centar of Lefkas, 5 minutes walking or 1 minute by car you can reach in Agios Ioanis beach, lidl is only 5 minutes by car. Place is very calm with very big and great yard with very neat grass. Studio was on the ground floor and was very very clean. They clean studio every day. Studio has everything what you need kitchenette, tv, table, AC, very good bed. In front of the studio you have one more table and great view on yard. Stavros was our host and he wants to help whatever you need. We felt like at home.

Excellent accommodation! The owners are wonderful people, great yard, very neat, very green, clean and spacious rooms (rooms for 3 persons on the ground floor and apartments upstairs), all utilities, we felt at home. The cleaning was done daily. We stayed in the rooms below and was perfect for the family with a child. Large room has a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, table 4 people, double bed and single bed. Outside, in front of the door, I had a table and chairs. It was a pleasure to sit outside after a day of beach.
