We absolutely adored this little piece of heaven. Dionyssis loves his olive trees with heart and soul and it was our honor to be a part of his passion. We learnt so much about olive oil production and olive tree farming and also about how a high quality olive oil should taste - and it really blew our mind how wrong we were our whole life and now rare good quality is. I now taste every olive oil in every Mediterranean restaurand the way he showed it to us and also taught it to my friends. Costa, the private chef that prepped a lovely dinner with us, was also a real master and they all were so friendly. Please stay exactly the way you are, I wish there would be more people who do what you do and keep alive the Greek culture and traditions and also take care of our environment. Thank you very much for having us.

Beautiful, clean, quiete, all you need is provided. The owner and the staff was always friendly and helpful. 
A welcome basket full of delicious products was provided.
It's suitable for children as well. 
Beautiful beach is only 4 minutes by car.


The family at Logothetis Organic Farm are truly the most caring and loving individuals, operating an ethical and nurturing organic farm focusing on the creation of the purest olive oil we have ever tasted. We attended a two hour private olive oil tasting with our kind host Dionyssis, the owner of the organic farm. He is very knowledgeable and a great speaker, we were able to learn a lot about proper olive oil selection and tasting. Our trip out to the farm to view the various trees and understand the harvesting process led us to a hilltop seating arrangement overlooking Zakythos where we tasted the pure Logothetis organic olive oil. Lovely experience all around, and we have new friends in Zakythos from it :)

It was our third visit to Vasilikos and we loved it the most. We stayed at Logothetis for 9 days. We rented two houses in the village side of the farm - closer to the restaurants and the beaches. It is opposite Hanna Me ceramic studio. The houses are simple but really nicely decorated and have all amenities needed, incl. the dishwasher and the washing machine. The surroundings are vast, full of olive trees, chickens, turkeys wandering around. Peaceful and quiet. The owner is laid-back, nice and helpful. We visited his olive factory and we really adore him for doing this the old, traditional way. The olive oil is amazing. I love Vasi

We stayed in Rizolia House and it was absolutely incredible; brilliant traditional design with so much character! It had a very large terrace and its own garden with a hammock, it was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature. Stepping into the house was dreamy, romantic and reminiscent of a different era. The interior is spacious and stylish with beautiful traditional decor. The property was very clean and in great condition! It is so easy to see Dionyssis and Angela have put so much love into creating something truly special and of great quality. They have an exceptional eye for detail and excellent taste! Their olive oil is made using a traditional olive press (a must see!) located at their organic shop which is unfortunately very rare nowadays, it is excellent! We were so excited to be there and enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to visiting again soon.

We stayed 3 nights in the Logothetis Ecofarm and are really happy with our stay. This is the real Greek experience you are looking for. Forget about the standard apartments and head out to the comfortable and authentic cottages on the ecofarm.
We stayed in the Baraca house. It’s a real pearl! The garden with the outsite shower is marvelous. We used the bikes constantly to go the beaches and restaurants which is really convenient.
Dionyssis welcomed us when we arrived.
Be sure to participate in the olive oil tasting and cooking. The venur is wonderful and fully equiped. Dionyssis learned us everything about the production of the olive oil.
On our last day after checking out we could use the outside shower at Dionyssis house which was great!

Vasilikos is arguably the best area of the island. Very close to many sandy beaches, lots of greenery, away from mass tourism.
The property offers secluded well-appointed houses in a scenic environment. The pictures do not do justice to the houses. In fact, the houses are so nice, that we didn't mind the unexpected storms, which stranded us in house, during our July vacation!

I've been to Crete for 10 years. I'm not sorry that in 2017 I chose this location. Everything was WOW ... It's not for those who want HOTEL 5 *. It's for those who like to stay in nature! Surely we'll see you again this year!

Nice little houses-we had the yellow ones, with kitten and kitchen and lots of small animals introduced to us and our 1years old daughter, fully equipped house, private and relaxed atmosphere, bicycles for free and products from the farm, the owners and stuff very friendly and fantastic beaches, restaurants and supermarket very close. Definately recommended

The accommodation is nice enough but this is definitely not an organic farm.  All the animals, Pigs, dogs, cows etc are tied to trees or posts.  If you want to stay in basic traditional houses then this is the place for you, and the chickens and turkeys do roam free which is nice.  But for me the idea of visiting this farm was that it was an organic farm where the animals were at the very least not tied up all day and at Logothetis farm this is not the case.
