Lovely studios situated in the heart of wonderful Georgioupolis.

Super clean, tastefully decorated, perfect for a week or short stay. Air con & safe included with the room price.

Owners were very helpful before & throughout our stay.

Highly recommend these beautiful studios

My wife and I are visiting a few places around the island by car. We have left Palaiochora on our way to Kokkinos Pirgos and we always like a few days in Georgioupolis whenever we are in Crete.
This is our 3rd stay at Eleana studios.
We had a street facing room with a fairly large balcony and its a great place to sit and people watch.
The room was a decent size, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom although not big, is modern and well lit.
Wi-Fi was good in the room but no signal at all from the balcony.
Being right in the centre, all the shops are right there, close at hand.
We had no complaints at all about our 3 night stay there.
Antreas the owner and his family are on hand if you need anything and he was very helpful to us.
This is a great place to stay.

Wonderful studios - excellent facilities in the room - aircon included -  owned by a lovely family who were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.   Very close to the beach and some lovely restaurants - will definitely be staying again.   Breakfast was available which I didn’t partake but the ice creams were delicious

We have been coming to Eleana Studios for the past 6 years and have loved it every time.
Antreas, Costa and Eleni are so friendly and helpful it has become. fr us , home from home.
The accommodation is ideal, being fresh, clean and comfy and within easy distance of the town centre with it's great range of tavernas.
The Cafe Bar downstairs serves really good, fresh and appetising food and a mouth watering and refreshing range of ice creams - a favourite with my grandson who particular loved the Minions flavour one!!
Would highly recommend these Studios as a relaxing and comfortable place to stay whilst enjoying all that the resort has to offer - you will not be disappointed.
We are looking forward to returning once again for 2024.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years and witnessed the year on year improvements but what’s not changed is the exceptional welcome and service you get from all the family. 
The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and contain all you need for your stay. 
Cafe bar downstairs for breakfast or snacks if needed and also two shops for good quality jewellery and fashionable items. 
As Antreas has said, If you expect a formal big hotel you will be disappointed but it’s the little things they do to make your stay so enjoyable. 



Stayed here over many years and as always it’s been an excellent stay and this year was no different. Recent refurbishments give the rooms a light and airy feel and all the amenities needed are there including A.C. Cleaned regularly to a high standard. Perfectly situated for all that the village has to offer, no distance from the beach and if needed a cafe bar downstairs for breakfast, but also for snacks and drinks. The family Eleni, Kostas and Antreas along with their parents are what makes your stay really special, nothing is too much trouble and are always on hand if needed.

These recently refurbished rooms have everything you need for a perfect stay in Georgioupolis. Immaculately clean (cleaned 6 days a week)  bright and airy rooms,   modern with lovely bathrooms.

Of course the two big bonuses of staying here are:

Location : It's perfect being a couple of minutes stroll from  the village square with the selection of bars, restaurants and shops, and only moments from the beach too.

Family: Antreas, Eleni and Kostas (plus mum and dad) are always on hand to make sure you have the perfect holiday and will help you with anything you may need (bus timetables, booking taxis etc.)

If you get the chance to come to Georgioupolis, try and stay here.

We spent 10 days at Eleanas Studios. It was our second stay. The rooms are absolutely comparable to any big hotel. Super clean, very stylish and modern design. Big showers and very comfortable beds! Big bonus are also the awnings on the balconies. They are a life saver! The team is extremely friendly and helpful. The studios are located perfectly, only a few minutes from the town square in one direction and just a super short walk to the beach in the other direction. It’s also still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
It definitely won’t be the last time there, looking forward to my next summer in Crete.

Again a wonderful stay at Eleanas, we stayed there 4 weeks. Beds can be uncomfortable and hard in Greece, but here at Eleana’s they are comfortable so easy to get good nights sleep 😊 Love the family there, they are super friendly and take care of anything you need. Downstairs they have a really nice crepe shop, everything on the menu is just sooo good. Already booked in 4 weeks for us for next year again 😊

Room is clean and has everything you need including a balcony to watch the world go by from
Centrally located - nothing more than a few minutes from the studios
Great cafe downstairs - put on a few pounds in weight just from the gorgeous aromas from the crepes drifting up to the balcony
Best thing about the apartment is the people that run it - thanks to Andreas, Eleni and Kostas and family plus the other Eleni for making our stay so enjoyable

It was my first time in Crete, but definitely won't be my last! Eleana's studios are modern and in a great location - very close to the beach as well as the main square. There's loads of places to eat and drink just a few steps away! And the delibar downstairs is a must visit! Delicious food! The room we had, had a lovely big balcony which we enjoyed sitting on first thing in the morning. The room itself was spacious, the beds were big, and comfy. There was a little kitchen area, the fridge which was a lifesaver to keep the water cold in! The bathroom is a good size, with walk in shower. The room has aircon and a safe, so has all the things you'd expect to have a comfortable and safe stay. For me, what really set this place apart, is the friendly family service you receive. It made our stay extra special and it was nice to have recommendations of things to do, and places to visit. Cannot wait to return!
