Hotel Terra Maris

I couldn't ask for a better resort. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out it was pure relaxation. Directly on the beach and close to the downtown, the location is perfect. Our entire stay was just perfect. Wether you just want to hang out at the small but nice beach, sit by the pool, or take part in the numerous activities that are available, you will enjoy yourself. The grounds are kept very nicely and it's enjoyable to just wander around the grounds and take in the beauty of the flora. There are numerous dining oportunities offered at the resort, so you'll not get bored with the same food options. Although the resort itself is fantastic, you're close enough to walk downtown and get a bite to eat or sit for some drinks. The staff are great, friendly, competent, and professional. It's not cheap, but you honestly get way more than you pay for. I've stayed at other places in Crete, but I'll never stay anywhere but the Creta Maris for now on.
