Evita Apartments

Aliki in general, and Evita's apartments in particular, are a perfect getaway spot for families visiting Paros. Of all the villages we visited on the island, Aliki was the mellowest, and though there were of course many tourists there, but it's not stifling from an overflow of tourists and the beaches, while not as big or "organized" as other beaches in Paros, are very nice, with a very gentle incline so that it's shallow quite far out. Evita is super, everything that has been written about her is true. She's wonderful! She will help you with everything she can - the most accommodating host you could wish for! The apartment we stayed in was on the upper floor, with a view of the sea. It's basically one large room with a partition between the "bedroom" and the living room/kitchenette area. It's quite comfortable, if not large, and is equipped of course with all the basic necessities, like a refrigerator, stove and the like. There is air conditioning but when we were there in mid-August it was the windy season, so we didn't really need the air conditioning. In short, if you are a family visiting Paros, I highly recommend staying in Aliki, and with Evita, if you can!
